Very good. Care staff are amazing. Could do with a bit more communication between staff, but overall, very happy with service.
The standard of support from my grandmother's carers is none other than exceptional. Their work rate is consistent and is recognised and appreciated by the whole family. Personally I would most definitely consider using their services in the future. Considering all of their carers are as hard-working as the one's we are lucky enough to have on board.
Very good company. I wouldn't change the company.
My dad is well satisfied with the care provided - the carer is punctual and does her job efficiently and diligently.
