All of the Care Team have been so helpful, and really have gone above and beyond.
For the last 2 years this super team have cared for my mum, and look after my brother.
They have helped and continue to help with daily care, appointments, medication, everything.
Want to say thank you to them

I am a very close friend of this dear lady, who sadly has no living family, so it is important to me that she receives the best care and attention available, which I believe is provided by SureCare managers and carers. She is very pleased with the care she receives, and I know that the "girls" take
very good care of her needs and wants, and I visit a few times a week, so that should there be any problems or difficulties, I can identify them and communicate with the manager so that they can be addressed as necessary and should there be a need for action to be taken then I am kept informed accordingly. She has had a few medical issues over the last year, but they have been dealt with sensibly, professionally and compassionately by all the team, and I am very grateful for that.
I had personal experience with the care SureCare provided myself some two years ago, so am familiar with their standards.

SureCare took over caring for both my parent in September 2022 from the local authority services.
My parents were very unhappy with the local authority services care team. SureCare were a breath of fresh air,
The management team have restored confidence in care services to both of my 87-year-old
parents. They are happy again, being cared for in their own home, which was what they both wanted. The management team have been so kind and take the time to listen and understand their needs. All the carers at SureCare are excellent, and their manager ensures an extremely high quality of service. I would highly recommend this agency.

Thank you to the manager and the team for ensuring our greataunt, of 100-years-old, was able to spend her final years in her home and be cared for around the clock. The team did an amazing job, and my hat goes off to their patience and resilience, plus doing such a fantastic job in tough times. I admire

The owner and her team of carers are just lovely. My mum, with early-onset Alzheimer's, loves her carers and is thriving under their care.

For many months, SureCare - Redbridge and Epping Forest have been providing care for my sister-in-law. The level of care has been excellent. Carers paid attention to the likes and dislikes of my sister-in-law, and have gone out of their way to ensure she gets a morning call and a night call at a time
that is best suited to her. They have made sure that she is safe. At the beginning of November, my sister-in-law was taken ill and the carer helped her, ensured she was clean and stayed with her until I could get to her - this was very late at night. A week later she was taken ill again and this time the carer stayed with her until the ambulance arrived. She secured the home and everything was safe when I got there.
All the carers at SureCare - Redbridge and Epping Forest are excellent and their manager ensures an extremely high quality of service. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who needed help and care. You can be sure you or your loved one are in good, safe hands.

The care provided for my mother by SureCare during the last few days of her life was exceptional. The team went above and beyond expectations in assessing Mum’s needs following discharge from the hospital and helping put in place everything needed to ensure she could be cared for with dignity. The carers
were wonderful with Mum, showing great compassion, thoughtfulness and sensitivity, as well as professionalism and initiative, to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. SureCare also worked closely with family members, discussing Mum’s needs and keeping us updated after every visit during a period of rapid decline in health. SureCare had also provided carers for Mum over a period of months earlier this year to assist with meal preparation and personal care when she had been able to be more independent. I would not hesitate to recommend SureCare services.

Mum has been being supported by SureCare for over 18-months now. They have been absolutely brilliant. She has four regular caregivers, and they are all amazing with Mum, we couldn’t have asked for better carers. They always go the extra mile to ensure Mum had everything she needs. These have been testing
times with Covid-19, but they have provided a seamless service throughout. Communication within the organisation is fantastic, and the manager will always check in with me to make sure we are happy with the care Mum is receiving.

SureCare has now been looking after my elderly friend in her own home for around 18-months. The level of care is exceptional, and the carers have developed a very warm relationship with this somewhat isolated and sometimes rather prickly lady. They even bought her birthday presents and a miniature Christmas
tree; they have become friends as well as carers.


Communication is generally good, and I feel that she has been well looked after. They have gone to great trouble to take care of her during the pandemic, and hygiene has been very well maintained. I have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone who requires care in their own home.

SureCare have been providing help to my elderly mother for some time now, and when we needed to increase the number of visits during the pandemic they quickly made the changes and the care they provided made a considerable difference to my mother's state of mind. More recently there has been a medical
issue and SureCare staff were quick to spot this and call 111. The advice was to get my mother to hospital, and as I live some distance away they accompanied her and stayed with her while she was assessed and treated. They kept me informed at all times and it was very reassuring to know that she was not alone, as she can be anxious.
SureCare are extremely flexible and have added and removed visits at short notice, while I have been visiting frequently. When I do meet the staff they are always very caring of my mother and friendly to me. I would like to thank all the staff for their help and would recommend them.

My wife has Alzheimer’s and I was finding life difficult coping with her illness. I needed respite and contacted Surecare (Redbridge and Epping Forrest) for help. The principal came to visit us to assess my wife. The principal was very thorough with her assessment. We agreed that Surecare would look
after my wife for 20 days.
During that time my wife was looked after with excellent care and I was very pleased with the way their work was conducted.
Needless to say, I will be using Surecare (Redbridge and Epping Forrest) on my next respite time.

I selected this care agency for my mum (who has advanced/end-stage dementia) last October after receiving a personal budget to help towards the cost of her care and researching various different care agencies. The managers are kind and considerate and if I need any additional help or advice they will
get back in touch with me ASAP.


We have had the same carer since we commenced the service and she is excellent. She relates very well with Mum: takes time to sit and chat with her; ensures she eats and drinks (i.e. strongly encourages her to) and ensures that she is fresh and comfortable as often as necessary.


I am able to go out for a few hours twice a week knowing that Mum is excellent hands.

The SureCare team provided end of life care for my father who was diagnosed with advanced gallbladder cancer. The care that was provided was of the highest possible standard. The carers were extremely professional and cared for my father as if he was a member of their own family. I was able to go to
work in peace knowing that my beloved father was in safe and loving hands. Apart from the professionalism and excellent standard of care provided by the SureCare team, the thing that made me and my father most happy was that he was treated with the utmost dignity, respect, love and concern - the team really went above and beyond the call of duty. They accommodated and understood my father's needs without a word of complaint although he was not an easy person to please and nor am I! They also took the time to ask me how I was, which meant the world to me during such a difficult and stressful time. I really do not have the words to express the excellence of the care provided to my father.
