The care assistants are always on time. They are very friendly and always overstay their set time to make sure everything is ok. New care staff are always sent in to shadow before they cover the permanent staff.

The SureCare team provided end of life care for my father who was diagnosed with advanced gallbladder cancer. The care that was provided was of the highest possible standard. The carers were extremely professional and cared for my father as if he was a member of their own family. I was able to go to
work in peace knowing that my beloved father was in safe and loving hands. Apart from the professionalism and excellent standard of care provided by the SureCare team, the thing that made me and my father most happy was that he was treated with the utmost dignity, respect, love and concern - the team really went above and beyond the call of duty. They accommodated and understood my father's needs without a word of complaint although he was not an easy person to please and nor am I! They also took the time to ask me how I was, which meant the world to me during such a difficult and stressful time. I really do not have the words to express the excellence of the care provided to my father.

My father has mild dementia, severe depression and anxiety as well as other ailments common to the elderly.


My main concern is his medication and safety, but after that, I want him to enjoy being with his carers. He's a very proud independent man and finds it difficult to be cared for.


The owner

from SureCare is not only a professional but she actually likes old people and this is vital for my father. He's very sensitive to what motivates people and if he feels someone is just there to get the job done and get out the door he is not a happy person.


When she is involved or about to go round, I relax properly as I know that someone is going to visit him that will have the eyes and the will to see if there is anything that needs changing and the professionalism to feedback to me if needed.


First class, I recommend SureCare without reservation.

All the staff are amazing. They cared for my Mum and were always reliable, caring and really good at their job. Mum liked them and they always managed to make her feel comfortable and cared for as well as brightening her day with their cheery demeanour.
They made a big difference to Mum’s last months
and that made a big difference to us, her family.
