The team has also used their experience to help manage the relationship with the local Social Services and Occupational Therapy teams and Dad's doctors office. Communication between myself, management and the carers themselves has been brilliant, any concerns are always noted promptly so that I can act on them. They generally come in the early morning and lunchtime and I do the evening but there is flexibility, giving 48 hours' notice I can make changes if Mum has an appointment or we have other plans. Mum says they're worth their weight in gold, high praise from a lady who thought she didn't need help and wants to stay in her own home for as long as possible. You can't put a price on peace of mind and I'm so glad I chose SureCare.
