After trying other care agencies and not receiving the best care we found homecare. Homecare gave the best care for my grandmother with mixed dementia. Staff are caring, friendly, patient to my nan and feel like they become one of the family to all

My mother-in-law had tried several different care companies and only SureCare were able to provide a small team of 2 or 3 regular carers who built a wonderful relationship with her. SureCare were incredibly flexible and were able to meet her changing needs. I have no idea how we would have coped without
them. The management and all of the staff that I met went above and beyond even after she passed. I highly recommend SureCare.

I don't know where we'd be without the team at Surecare. They have supported my lovely dad through bouts of illness and then the unexpected loss of my stepmother. The carers always treat dad with kindness and good humour and are prepared to go above and beyond. I would recommend Surecare to anyone who
needs care and support at home.

We were delighted with the care we received from 'Sure Care'; our interview and assessment with the Manager was lovely and excellent, thorough and most professional; she was courteous; sympathetic and very kind. She took trouble to get to know my brother and wrote a superb account of all my Brother's
needs and requirements. Carers were sent to my Brother's house immediately at very short notice and the Carers were very caring; empathetic; and liked by my Brother who suffers from Dementia; nothing was too much trouble and the carers would go that extra mile to help. Most importantly we got good feedback from the Carer of how his visit went with my Brother; what they had done and anything that needed attention. I cannot recommend 'Sure care' more highly and know that any one using them will be happy and have their mind put at rest; thank you so much, all at 'Sure Care' for looking after us so well; with best wishes and warmest regards, a very satisfied customer.

We have been using home care for approximately 4months and everything has worked well. Carers are of high standard professional and friendly and my parents both enjoy seeing them turn up. They do extra jobs as well as assist my mum to wash and dress

We came to your company with recommendations and glad we did. Nothing too much trouble to find the right carer for mum. We are so happy with the company. Mum has a few problems and takes a lot of medication which is all sorted out. When mum has appointments the company arrange to take her for us. This
definitely takes the stress off me and my sister.

Living overseas I am very reliant on SureCare to provide a quality 24x7 live in care package. They have really stepped up to the plate and it is of great comfort to me that Dad is being well looked after and cared for. The live in carer is very professional but at the same time has established a great
rep-or with my Father and she brings some fun and laughter into his life. The live in carer is supported by a very professional team who manage scheduling and regular updates on Dad's well being. The team has also used their experience to help manage the relationship with the local Social Services and Occupational Therapy teams and Dad's doctors office. This has been a valuable part of the service given my remote location.

My carers are worth their weight in gold, not just carers but friends. We have a good laugh and chat while they prepare my food, attend to personal care and tidy the house. It's never anyone I don't know, I have three regular carers and the manager sometimes comes herself. They do an hour each morning
and 30 minutes before lunch. I feel so much better since SureCare started.

From the start, the SureCare team have been excellent. The manager was proactive, quick to everyone and made starting with a care agency straightforward and focussed on our needs. She has remained available when we have needed her and clearly keen to maintain a productive relationship. She chose a carer
who is friendly, responsive and keen to ensure that my mother-in-law remains in control. Most importantly, she is someone that we trust and has quickly allayed any fears about starting this care journey. Highly recommended!

I have a helper who is always cheerful with a lovely sense of humour. She is always willing to do anything I ask her. She has difficulty getting here on time, which doesn't matter to me but may cause stress to her.

Couldn't have found a better care agency and carers to look after my Grandma.
It will be really nice to work with Guildford now that the office is up and running. SureCare has cared for Grandma since April.

We have been using SureCare Guildford and Woking since December 2023 and couldn't be happier. The manager has been extremely helpful and supportive at a time when I suddenly needed help with my 95-year-old mother and didn't know where to start. She has taken time to get to know Mum personally and match
her with suitable carers and will not send anyone Mum hasn't already been introduced to. Communication between myself, management and the carers themselves has been brilliant, any concerns are always noted promptly so that I can act on them. They generally come in the early morning and lunchtime and I do the evening but there is flexibility, giving 48 hours' notice I can make changes if Mum has an appointment or we have other plans. Mum says they're worth their weight in gold, high praise from a lady who thought she didn't need help and wants to stay in her own home for as long as possible. You can't put a price on peace of mind and I'm so glad I chose SureCare.

I cannot speak highly enough of Surecare. After meeting the manager and the time she spent with my mother getting to know her, I had no doubt that my mother would be well looked after and happy with the carers that would be provided to look after her. My mother's carers made her very happy, nothing
was too much trouble and she looked forward to them coming in 3 times a week. Very helpful when rearranging visits due to my mother's appointments. Sadly my mother is moving to residential care.
If we could have continued with Surecare then we would have. From all the family we wish to thank you for the care and understanding you gave our mother.

We chose Surecare to look after my husband, who is Paraplegic, while I was recovering from a hip replacement. The carers were with us for 18 weeks, twice a day, three hours in the morning and one hour in the evening. They were always on time, especially as my husband had a strict routine to keep to.
The carers were always very friendly and very helpful. Surecare went above and beyond to find us the right carers for my husband's complex needs, and my husband and I built up a great relationship with them. We would have no hesitation to use them again should the need arise.
