Surecare staff have been great, they come in twice a day and led by me as to what's required each day. I am very grateful that they are so flexible as this enables me to still be in control of my own life!


After spending 2 weeks in a care home recently when I contracted a virus I appreciate this

approach even more. As my condition progresses the ratio of things that I can do myself and things that I need help with will obviously change but I have no concerns that this will be managed well.

We've been so grateful for the care SureCare Chesterfield has given to my mum. From the very beginning, the carers have been kind, respectful and genuinely caring. They don't just do their job - they take the time to make sure Mum feels comfortable, safe and listened to, which means everything to our
family.
Communication has been excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured about Mum's wellbeing. It's clear the team truly cares about the people they look after, and that makes such a difference.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SureCare to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate home care for a loved one.

I can't say enough about the amazing care my grandparents have received since surecare chesterfield have been going round! They make my grandparents feel comfortable and they understand their needs and preferences. Communication is great and I'm always kept in the loop with their care.

We have used the Sitting Service for the first time this month and on 3 occasions. My wife has really enjoyed having the two different people in our house. This really helps me to get out for a while. Thank you Sure Care!

Treat my father with dignity and respect and go over and above to support his needs at home .
Communication with family is excellent and my dad has built great relationships with his carers.
They support my dad with medication, household chores and assist in maintaining his independence.

Surecare have provide excellent care for my aunt and the communication with the Care Manager has been excellent. The team of staff that go in four times a day are all lovely and have really cared well for my aunt and treated her with the utmost dignity and kindness. I would highly recommend Surecare
to look after your relative.

SureCare provided home care for my dad on a daily basis, including breakfast, lunch, tea and beds. The care he received in my opinion was usually excellent, along with my sister who was the main point of contact and was very “hands-on” with SureCare along with my help. Dad is very set in his ways with
not a lot a lot of leeway allowed! Even changing carers when they left the company and the change to a new carer could cause him anxiety, we managed to keep Dad's car at home until recently but due to his lack of mobility caused carers to need more time and therefore expense we decided to move him into a nearby care home and so the care is 24/7 but all credit to SureCare. I would recommend them to others, kind regards.

Agency first supported Mum with respite care at home to enable me to go on holiday (after Mum moved in with me and my family). When Mum deteriorated she then needed two carers four times a day ongoing to hoist and general moving and handling. The agency worked with us to ensure right amount of care
and individual needs (eg -four times a day was too many hoisting sessions for Mum, so they supported us to experiment) and were flexible, so now three times a day (bigger pads/ meds 3x day) and increased support to include medications and meals when I go on holiday. Really good in sorting out any problems (nothing is trouble), they sort it out happily. All carers excellent, always new people (carers) come with usual carers (2 carers plus a shadow carer over several visits) so know routine and Mum.

I have been using SureCare for my parents for many months now and I feel I can leave an honest review of my time with them so far. The company provides fantastic care for my parents, trying to go the extra mile to help with any requests we may have. My Mum and Dad have commented on how lovely and considerate
the carers are and that really helps reassure me and makes me believe they genuinely do care.
So a big thumbs up from me and keep up the good work!
