Becky from SureCare is absolutely amazing.
Stepped in at very short notice and gave my mother in-law the very best care after she had a fall. Having worked in care many years ago myself I couldn't have asked for a nicer kinder more patient caring person. I would recommend them to anyone looking for
care for a loved one

We have been using SureCare for my parents' care at home for a while now and we have been happy with the care provided.
I would just like to say that when my Father's condition deteriorated quickly and he had to be admitted to hospital, the Office Team and carers were amazing.
They put in extra help
for my Mum, who needed a live-in carer and sorted out the rota accordingly.
My sister-in-law and I were given peace of mind, treated caringly and we are so grateful to them.

SureCare Wycombe team supported my 94-year-old frail but demanding Aunt with 4-visits a day. They gave her a knowledgeable and caring service from the initial assessment, recommendations to daily visits. Their carers are well trained, thoughtful and reliable. My aunt enjoyed their company and care.

My Aunt said the staff are very friendly, very patient, caring and provide consistent care. Generally, most of the carers turn up on scheduled time very cheerfully and willing to do what you ask to be done. Would recommend this care provider to anyone.

SureCare were already looking after my husband when we reached the stage where my mother also needed a bit of support so I had no hesitation in asking SureCare to step in for Mum as well. They have provided the same high standard of care which has remained constant through the recent difficult times

I found SureCare on this site and contacted them to discuss our care needs after parting from a very poor care company. I was very impressed from my first conversation with SureCare and have been impressed ever since. I didn't have to ask many questions as I was told all about their organisation, how
they liked to work, what they could offer and most importantly, that they only employ carers who do the job because they love the work. This has turned out to be true and everyone who has visited my mother-in-law over the last months has been cheerful, friendly, efficient, respectful and caring. My mother-in-law has many medical problems and SureCare have coped with all of them, taking a huge burden off my shoulders. I know she is in safe hands and any concerns are reported to us quickly. Their time-keeping is excellent and they have never let us down. Most importantly, my mother-in-law trusts them totally and looks forward to their visits.
