Sure Care looked after my dad at home in Sandbach during the final months of his life, and I'm so grateful to them.

He was living on his own with advanced cancer and became increasingly frail and bed-bound, so his needs changed constantly. The carers adapted without fuss and treated him with real dignity. They were warm with him, and never made him feel like a task to be got through.

Lauren and Wendy were regular visitors and were lovely with him, and Sarah and Kerry were always responsive when we needed them. There were others whose names I don't have, but everyone who came treated him well.

Living some distance away, what meant most to me was that they noticed things and acted. When they were worried his breathlessness had got worse, they contacted his GP themselves rather than waiting to be asked. That reassurance was enormous.

Dad has since died in hospital. Knowing he was cared for so warmly at home means a great deal to us. Thank you all.

We are so pleased that we have been using SureCare for our relative. The visiting staff are excellent - both caring and professional. The management staff are similarly excellent and have guided and supported us towards evolving plans to deal with a complex situation. Other features such as invoicing are clear and efficient. We consider them very good value for money in going beyond what we expected into, for example, a proactive role with our relative's health issues.

I have never had such great carers, they are always there if you need them for anything. They are very helpful and fully committed to providing care and support. My family are very pleased with the care I am getting and gives them reassurance.
