We are so pleased that we have been using SureCare for our relative. The visiting staff are excellent - both caring and professional. The management staff are similarly excellent and have guided and supported us towards evolving plans to deal with a complex situation. Other features such as invoicing are clear and efficient. We consider them very good value for money in going beyond what we expected into, for example, a proactive role with our relative's health issues.

I have never had such great carers, they are always there if you need them for anything. They are very helpful and fully committed to providing care and support. My family are very pleased with the care I am getting and gives them reassurance.

Tge Surecare visits are essential for my mother in laws welll being and peace of mind for us. She thinks highly of the caring staff, and looks forward to her visits from them.
