The carers are amazing so good with mum she loves them when they come and always leave her in a better mood, when required the management are always available and happy to help, and it's clear its a family run service

I contacted a few care providers, but Surecare came out top from the first phone call. Full of empathy, explaining how they prepare care packages personal to each client. After a home visit with Mum and them taking lots of notes they prepared the perfect package for Mum. The carers that visit are very
kind and chat to Mum making her feel at ease. The same carers visit so she has got to know them. Everyone wants the best for Mum, they are always happy to amend the package so Mum gets the best care. Nothing is to much trouble, and they respond to requests very quickly. A great team.

This care agency has been nothing but a godsend to me in getting the right care at the right time for the service user.
The care managers are responsive, friendly and flexible. Nothing too much trouble for them.
The carers themselves are on time and deal with the client in a very professional yet
empathetic manner. Dealing with anyone with memory loss can be frustrating but they deal with Lizzie with calmness whilst allowing her to maintain her independence. Jenny and Abi are a real asset to the company

From the outset all staff have made my husband and I feel supported. The initial meeting was a fact find for all parties and we all laughed and relaxed throughout the session. I have peace of mind knowing that my husband will be well looked after when I'm at work even when I lock the carers out! Any
additional requests are quickly accommodated from supporting with medication to a spot of cleaning through the house. The staff are compassionate and it's great that the carers are allocated to clients so that they build a really trusting relationship. As the wife of a client the support given to my husband makes my life more settled and reduces worries whilst I'm not at home.

I have been using Surecare for the past 6 months for my 97 year old mum for both mornings and evenings. I am so glad I found them. They have been excellent and I highly recommend them.
My mum at first was resistant to any carers as she had lived independently for years but within a short time had
warmed to her carers. They act professionally and at the same time are compassionate and efficient. Surecare have been extremely responsive when I have messaged them to change anything and do their best to accomodate my requests asap. They keep detailed notes and will give me any useful feedback. The carers have been very reliable and their time keeping has been very good. I have been very impressed and am very comfortable with the Surecare Team.

I have been using sure care for domestic cleaning for almost a year now and it has been a very positive experience, the 2 ladies who come to my house Bev and Liv do a great job, they're both very friendly, professional and efficient and have made a huge difference to me by tackling the jobs I am no
longer able to do.


The management and office staff are very efficient keeping me informed of i any unavoidable changes to the schedule which have been minimal.


Overall I can not fault sure care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

SureCare Sevenoaks have been superb in looking after my Father twice a day for the last 3 months. Everyone has been kind and caring and taken the time to get to know Dad and work with him in meeting his needs. Communication with me has also been excellent, there are a small core group of carers so Dad
always knows the person visiting him and everyone is very friendly.

The whole team at Surecare have been so kind, helpful, flexible, caring. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. The manager has gone out of her way many times to get the best help for my mum in a rapidly changing situation. If it wasn't for her and the rest of the team I don't know what I would
have done.
The whole team have communicated very well with me, responding very quickly and helpfully. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing care for themselves or a family member. You'll be in excellent hands.

I'm very grateful to have found Surecare to take care of my elderly Mum at home.
The girls who visit her are wonderful and so friendly and helpful and kind to her.,
It's very easy to get in touch with them whenever I need to by text or email and they always reply immediately to accommodate extra
help if I need it.
My Mum loves their company and so do I.
Surecare provide a professional, efficient and caring service and I'm so glad I found them.

My mum has needed an increase in care due to ill health. Sure Care have worked wonders to find suitable visits to meet her needs and mum absolutely loves the carers.
Recently, mum had to stay in hospital and the management team were at the end of the phone offering advice and support whenever we needed
it to help mum when she returned home. This advice was invaluable and made navigating the discharge process a bit easier.
The management team and their care team, are extremely knowledgeable and really care about the people they visit treating them, and us, like family. Mum is very happy with how she is treated, which really matters.

This review spans the period since Mum started to receive daily care from SureCare in late March 2025, to date (June 2025).
Mum is very happy with the level of service provided under the care agreement and enjoys a good relationship with the carers who support her.
My personal experience is that the
team very quickly settled in to supporting mum. When they arrive, they get on with the things mum needs them to do and any other small tasks which she needs help with.
I have found the invoicing process to be efficient and accurate.
