I wholeheartedly recommend SureCare D'ford and Gravesend who have surpassed my previous experiences with other care providers.

SureCare were marvellous and showed genuine care for my Dad, often going above and beyond to ensure his safety and that he was well looked after. They cared for my Mum over a short period prior to her death but continued care of my Dad for 12 months. During that time, they did their very best to ensure continuity with the same carer, which comforted my Dad enormously. He was initially resistant to having carers, (as a lot of elderly do) but soon enjoyed their company and welcomed their visits. My Dad sadly died in April but they visited him in hospital and also checked in on us, which was very much appreciated. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

Dad has now been a client of SureCare for the last 6 months. It has been such a relief to know that he is genuinely cared for. The management team are proactive and communication is very good. They have been flexible with the number of visits required. They will increase the visits if there have been any concerns and when my sister is staying they are happy for us to reduce the visits. The carers I have met have all had Dad's interests at the heart of their care. He talks to me about the carers positively and has obviously got to know some of them really well. The other evening he told me how nice it is he knows he is going to see people every day he can have a chat with. Initially he needed a lot of persuasion that he needed care but he has got to the point where he welcomes it and is increasingly accepting the help offered.

We have found Surecare's services to be truly first class, delivered by great people who communicate clearly and consistently. The level of care provided has been superb, and we always feel well-supported. We receive regular updates, thoughtful recommendations, and proactive proposals to ensure the care package remains the best possible fit for our needs.

We found SureCare to be very caring, reliable, friendly and efficient. Their care for my mum was extremely good and they picked up on any health issues. They were quick to inform us of any problems. As well as personal care they helped with many other jobs around the house too. The same carer arrived exactly on time each day. We would not hesitate in recommending them.

I contacted SureCare Sevenoaks when I needed additional support for my elderly mother, who has full time care in her own home. The company were efficient and extremely helpful and quickly set up a support system for morning personal care. The carers who visited were friendly and kind and my mother got on very well with them and enjoyed their company. We have paused the additional care for the time being but I will not hesitate to use SureCare again should the situation change.

SureCare have tailored their support to cater for my Godfathers specific needs since December 2025 and the care package has developed as those needs have changed. SureCare have completely transformed my Godfather's quality of life for the better and ensure that the symptoms of his dementia are supported in a practical, safe and friendly way. The care package has been sympathetic to the support given freely by neighbours that forms a wider team. Communication with SureCare is regular, friendly and targeted to ensure that the Care they provide is effective and and value for money. They have been the answer to our care needs.

It gives our whole family real peace of mind knowing she is in such safe and compassionate hands.

We have invited SureCare nurses into our home for around 6 weeks now and have found them to be punctual, pleasant and caring towards me and my husband. They take care and time to explain what they wish to undertake. Their care of my husband is gentle and although I have only known them a few weeks they already seem part of the family and look forward to seeing them every day!

SureCare looks after my grandma with real care and warmth. The carers sing with her, cook meals, and keep everything tidy. It's reassuring to have a consistent, friendly team supporting her daily.

The care my mum received and has been receiving from shore care has been great. Excellent service. Carers are great. They pay great attention to my mum. My mum only say good things about them. They do arrive late sometimes. However, this is not unusual as London transport can be unreliable sometimes.

The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. not just to my mum's needs, but to their dignity and comfort as well. It's clear they treat residents with real compassion, not just as part of a job.
