The care the girls have given my mother is amazing, she had trouble with other companies because of her Dementia. The girls that visit her have sympathy and understanding of her condition. They are also really polite to anyone that calls on her.

The people who come are really friendly and helpful and do a good job. They helped me dye my hair which helped me feel happy.

Also I have regular carers at regular times, when new carers come in they are trained and the admin staff are very kind to me

We engaged Surecare North Leeds around three months ago to help with the everyday needs of our elderly mother. They visit twice a day to help with dressing, washing, preparing breakfast and a drink and also administering medications. So far we've found the on site and office staff excellent to deal with. They are incredibly conscientious and kind to Mum and every changing need has been understood and implemented quickly. Would recommend.
