We have been very pleased with Surecare. The carers were all lovely and professional and genuinely cared for my Mum. They would also check in with my Dad to offer additional help. If they had any concerns for my Mum they would act immediately.

I would like to thank sure care and the staff that have been caring for me since my accident .

I have been impressed by Sure Cares level of communication with me and their attention to our needs.

Excellent service and patience from the staff and really left my mother feeling calm and relaxed. Very professional and friendly service. It made all the difference to my wife and myself as we took a short break away knowing my mother was in good hands.

The care received by mum has been outstanding from the very first day and I would highly recommend this team of angels! They deliver such kind, gentle and respectful care to ensure that mum is perfectly happy and content, and her complex medical needs are fully met.

We engaged Surecare North Leeds around three months ago to help with the everyday needs of our elderly mother. They visit twice a day to help with dressing, washing, preparing breakfast and a drink and also administering medications. So far we've found the on site and office staff excellent to deal
with. They are incredibly conscientious and kind to Mum and every changing need has been understood and implemented quickly. Would recommend.

Surecare have been very supportive in trying to meet the needs of my elderly friend who can be quite challenging at times. They are really good at communicating information and issues to me to try and resolve quickly.
The care staff were really supportive when she took poorly and we had to have GP/

I have been with home carers called SureCare North Leeds. Since I was discharged from the hospital 2024 July. They are the care company that has always visited me 3 times a day.
They help with my breakfast , Lunch and my teatime meal. They remind me to take my medication.

Always helpful and reliable with quick responses when needed.
The care manager is always on hand to help and support.
The staff that give the care are as helpful as my mum will allow. She has dementia so can sometimes be quite difficult. But they do their best in the circumstances.

Since the team took over the daily tasks with our mom it has allowed us to spend more time with her as opposed to doing jobs. If there is any issues with mom we are notified straight away. One of the staff is a great team leader who has a friendly caring team

Sure care very professional very caring provide an excellent service . Great communication with family of the person being cared for updating family regular of any concerns as well as being polite and provide a friendly caring service to my sister in law . The plan of care that has been set out explaining
everything was very informative and well written and planned after talking to my sister in laws needs . Sure care is punctual and flexible too in case we had to change times for appointments or when my sister in law was seeing friends sure care will fit around that . Excellent person centred and very flexible live in care has been provided by one highly skilled carer over several separate respite care weeks. I have happily made further bookings for this service with this particular carer. The cared for person is always happy when I return, wants the carer to visit
again, and our home is spotless.

We only used Sure care for a relatively short period, but found the process of reregistering with them, extremely easy, fast, efficient and professional. Genuine interest and kindness was offered from the outset making us feel in good hands.

out quickly and in a satisfactory manner with perfuse apologies. We are all human, and I was never made to feel I could not approach the team with any concerns.
Sure care staff also offered guidance on many things concerning comfortable care of my Mum that had not come to my mind. It was very reassuring to know they 'had my back' (so to speak)

The carer's do exactly that. Care. And care a great deal. They have genuine concern for my father and go beyond what is required to provide the best help possible. Carers greet my father with a smile and he looks forward to their arrival.They are well trained on how to use equipment and procedures
regarding medicine and provide advice about the environment. Any concerns they have - is brought to my attention. They have incredible back up support from the Office. If uncertain the Office team visit my father to see the situation for themselves. They support me with calling the GP and the pharmacist. Also accompany me with social services meeting and with the district nurse if so requested. They go beyond the call of duty and am invited to call them at any time should I have any concerns. The carers are very discrete and show a great deal of consideration towards respecting our home. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending SureCare.

My Grandmother has had several falls recently and is in need of a lot more care especially personal care. SureCare come to her house twice daily to get her up, wash her, dress her and in the evening they duplicate the routine in reverse including teeth, toilet etc. I have found all the carers and management
to be fantastic. I am now confident to be able to leave my nan and start to go out once in a while. They access the property using the keysafes and treat my nan like I would, they respect her privacy, dignity and support her in all ways required. They can also make her meals, they have offered to vacuum, and can also support with medication and medical appointments if required. I am confident that when I can't be around SureCare sure can!

When first looking for care for Mum a couple of years ago the choice of care companies seemed overwhelming. However, based on SureCare's very good reviews we decided to go with them, and I'm so glad we did. Mum is now 98 and still managing her own home, thanks to the lovely, kind and competent team
at SureCare. She has great confidence in the lovely carers who visit four times a day, they treat her with so much kindness and really listen to her needs. The office staff are equally excellent - always very friendly and professional, and in regular communication with Mum and me to make sure that all is well, which is extremely reassuring for both of us.
Both Mum and I couldn't recommend SureCare more highly, they really do care, in every sense of the word.

SureCare have been invaluable in caring for my elderly and unwell farther for the past few months. They are proactive with his care and health needs, always suggesting ways to make his life more comfortable. They contact the GP when needed, they are always punctual, polite, kind and offer the most
