I have been impressed by Sure Cares level of communication with me and their attention to our needs.
Both Office and frontline staff are presented well and clearly have had the investment of training in knowledge and client polite presentation.

Excellent service and patience from the staff and really left my mother feeling calm and relaxed. Very professional and friendly service. It made all the difference to my wife and myself as we took a short break away knowing my mother was in good hands.

Always helpful and reliable with quick responses when needed.
The care manager is always on hand to help and support.
The staff that give the care are as helpful as my mum will allow. She has dementia so can sometimes be quite difficult. But they do their best in the circumstances.

Since the team took over the daily tasks with our mom it has allowed us to spend more time with her as opposed to doing jobs. If there is any issues with mom we are notified straight away. One of the staff is a great team leader who has a friendly caring team

Sure care very professional very caring provide an excellent service . Great communication with family of the person being cared for updating family regular of any concerns as well as being polite and provide a friendly caring service to my sister in law . The plan of care that has been set out explaining
everything was very informative and well written and planned after talking to my sister in laws needs . Sure care is punctual and flexible too in case we had to change times for appointments or when my sister in law was seeing friends sure care will fit around that . Thankyou sure care the family are very grateful for the care and kindness you provide .

Excellent person centred and very flexible live in care has been provided by one highly skilled carer over several separate respite care weeks. I have happily made further bookings for this service with this particular carer. The cared for person is always happy when I return, wants the carer to visit
again, and our home is spotless.

We only used Sure care for a relatively short period, but found the process of reregistering with them, extremely easy, fast, efficient and professional. Genuine interest and kindness was offered from the outset making us feel in good hands.
We had one mini hiccup in miscommunication, but it was ironed
out quickly and in a satisfactory manner with perfuse apologies. We are all human, and I was never made to feel I could not approach the team with any concerns.
Sure care staff also offered guidance on many things concerning comfortable care of my Mum that had not come to my mind. It was very reassuring to know they 'had my back' (so to speak)

The carer's do exactly that. Care. And care a great deal. They have genuine concern for my father and go beyond what is required to provide the best help possible. Carers greet my father with a smile and he looks forward to their arrival.They are well trained on how to use equipment and procedures
regarding medicine and provide advice about the environment. Any concerns they have - is brought to my attention. They have incredible back up support from the Office. If uncertain the Office team visit my father to see the situation for themselves. They support me with calling the GP and the pharmacist. Also accompany me with social services meeting and with the district nurse if so requested. They go beyond the call of duty and am invited to call them at any time should I have any concerns. The carers are very discrete and show a great deal of consideration towards respecting our home. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending SureCare.

My Grandmother has had several falls recently and is in need of a lot more care especially personal care. SureCare come to her house twice daily to get her up, wash her, dress her and in the evening they duplicate the routine in reverse including teeth, toilet etc. I have found all the carers and management
to be fantastic. I am now confident to be able to leave my nan and start to go out once in a while. They access the property using the keysafes and treat my nan like I would, they respect her privacy, dignity and support her in all ways required. They can also make her meals, they have offered to vacuum, and can also support with medication and medical appointments if required. I am confident that when I can't be around SureCare sure can!

Surecare company that goes above and beyond their duty of care.
All care support workers will always have time and patience to help my mother in any way necessary.
Fabulous service from start to finish my mother is very happy with the kind caring service provided.
Tha management staff are also
extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of care.
I cannot thank the management and their carers team enough for their hard work.
I would highly recommend this company if anyone is looking for a professional home care service.

We have used this Home Care Provider for a few months now for my Mum.
The care has been outstanding!
One of the carers who came to join us in caring for Mum is absolutely fantastic. Also jolly and smiling. Has Mum laughing and relaxed! I know l can go out and know that my Mum is in a safe pair of

Surecare looked after my dad for over a year and we couldn't have been happier with his care. The management and care teams were friendly, loving, caring, and efficient. Special mention must go to two carers in particular who were very integral to Dad's care. Thank you.

High level of care and support for both my mum and as importantly the family. Very attentive and careful to a high standard. Was concerned after the previous care company pulled out but the care now received is a step up and the handover is superb.

The best accolade I can give this carer is when she is looking after my dad I know he is safe, warm, and well looked after. She always goes that extra mile with him. When I see her with my dad I can see she genuinely cares for him with respect and dignity and not just because it is her job. We all know
the saying "Treat them and look after them as your own parents", and she does.

We are very satisfied with the care given to my mother-in-law over the past 12 months. The carers and managers are caring, compassionate and professional. We have got to know all the staff who care for her and think very highly of them all. I don't know how we would have managed without their care and

My mother and I are extremely happy with the standard of service provided by SureCare. They are very professional, efficient, friendly and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for a family member or friend.

We have been using SureCare (Calderdale & Kirklees) firstly for my mother until she went into a care home with dementia, she is 89, and now they care for my 91-year-old father. They give excellent service and are friendly, compassionate, caring and very helpful. Dad loves the visits and finds them excellent.
We have been using them for approximately about two years. Brilliant service.

In general, we have been happy with the standard of care given to my father. The staff are caring and have dealt with Dad in a compassionate manner, responding to his personality and being good company for him. Time has been taken to accommodate Dad's needs and foibles, which are many, varied and constantly
changing! We have had several emergency situations which have been responded to by care staff and management alike with quickness and efficiency in order to achieve the best outcome for Dad, on occasion going above and beyond.
My only disappointment has been the frequent change in carers, which has resulted in a constant ‘getting to know Dad’ situation and the specifics of his routines. When I set up the care, I wanted only a few carers involved so that he would make a relationship with them, and this has not happened. The manager/owner of the company, however, has been a constant to both myself and Dad and has always tried to resolve any issues.
