SureCare (Calderdale & Kirklees)

My mother and I are extremely happy with the standard of service provided by SureCare. They are very professional, efficient, friendly and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for a family member or friend.

We have been using SureCare (Calderdale & Kirklees) firstly for my mother until she went into a care home with dementia, she is 89, and now they care for my 91-year-old father. They give excellent service and are friendly, compassionate, caring and very helpful. Dad loves the visits and finds them excellent. We have been using them for approximately about two years. Brilliant service.

My only disappointment has been the frequent change in carers, which has resulted in a constant ‘getting to know Dad’ situation and the specifics of his routines. When I set up the care, I wanted only a few carers involved so that he would make a relationship with them, and this has not happened. The manager/owner of the company, however, has been a constant to both myself and Dad and has always tried to resolve any issues.

Carers are all very professional and genuinely care about our mum. They are respectful and ensure Mum is treated with dignity. We have no issues with missed calls, and any issues are reported to us on the day.

Carers are always on time and treat me with respect. Willing to do tasks as requested. Adhere to the covid rules (masks, gloves and aprons) always worn.
