Overall Experience

To say that the manager acted quickly in putting care in place for us with is an understatement. He made us all feel reassured and relieved at a difficult time. It is clear that the highest standards are kept to and we are extremely impressed with the kindness, care, calmness, friendliness, professionalism and capability of carers and all staff. The reports after each visit are detailed and reassure the family and advise us if there any issues. The service is helping my mom-in-law to be as independent as possible and she loves the social interaction with the carers. The personal care is provided with care and respect in a way that she maintains her dignity and nothing she needs seems to beyond their abilities and willingness. We can't recommend the company highly enough!

Overall Experience
We needed a final blitz clean of our late father's property ready for the new owners. I didn't hesitate to contact Surecare as I have used them before with EXCELLENT results.
Miguel went over and beyond our expectations by travelling a fair distance to complete this job to his usual high standards and for a very reasonable price. As usual, communication was EXCELLENT.

Would not hesitate to recommend!

I find the service that I have asked for a very professional and friendly service,this will help with a lot of things such as cleaning the white paint work in all my rooms.i find it a very worthwhile and friendly service,and also worth £50 for once a month.

Well my very complex needs are more than catered for and I get more astonished by the week as to how flexible sure care can be and is. I think if I wanted a ticket to the moon and it could be arranged they would find the way to do it. I do have extremely complex needs and nothing is beyond there capability. Thank you surecare. No one supplies a care package as complete and unique as you do.

I genuinely cannot recommend this company highly enough. The communication from them, in particular Miguel, has been outstanding. They are caring, compassionate and truly professional. The cleaning was carried out to an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend surecare Stourbridge to anyone. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

I'm in the process of organising informal care for my mother and I approached Sure Care without any prior knowledge of the company. I'd like to comment on just how confidant I am about the proactive way in which my initial enquiry was handled and the extremely professional way the first assessment of my mother's needs was conducted.
I'm also impressed by the level of communication I have with the manager and the super-helpful access to the family portal.
We're several weeks in now and starting to firm up how SureCare can best support my mother and relieve some of the responsibility I currently undertake.
Over the past few years, my mother and I have trialled various care providers, but, possibly because my mother has mental capacity and can self-care to a large extent, the agencies have found the role of companionship difficult to fulfil.

SureCare is the 5th agency I've tried and my opinion is that it's simply the most professional, adaptable and communicative of them all.

Couldn't of asked for a better service! The manager has been so supportive, compassionate and provided the best care to our family member in need aswell as Continued support for us all. Overall Experience

The manager came out and did an assessment with my dad, listened to what my dad had to say but also listened to us and built a good report from that. Then once the needs for my dad was understood, asked when we wanted his care to start. We agreed to the monday and come 8am there the manager ready. He has built a wonderful relationship with my dad and slowly building the trust.

Overall Experience
We have been with home care for about 18 months now. Mom has three calls a day. Carers are friendly, respectful and caring. Mom looks forward to her visits.

There is the odd occasion that a call cannot be covered, but I am always called, and something is worked out.

Mum is happy with her carers. This company have been providing care for around 12 months now. I too, am very happy and find them kind, considerate and caring with the way they treat my mum, and this is very reassuring for me.
If needed, I am able to speak to the managers, who will always respond to me quickly and sort things out. They too have gone the extra mile to help me when circumstances have needed more than the day-to-day care due to Mum being ill. I feel they are there for me to speak to for support.

I would recommend SureCare to others.

Overall Experience

On the whole, the service has been excellent. In particular, the staff are thorough in keeping my mother clean. They take the trouble to advise me on points to use, so I can take action. If anything needs to be pointed out to staff, they listen and take it on board. My mother has moderate dementia, and the staff handle the difficult situations that arise very well. I would recommend the company to other clients.

Overall Experience

Generally, my experince as a service user has been a very positive one. Their duties vary according to my daily needs and they look after me very well, both physically and help when I have difficult days - depression. I have had an occasional change of carers who have also been competent and efficient, but it's nice to be looked after by the ladies who are aware of your needs and requirements. Overall, I am looked after well by my girls.

My grandad was so happy with the care he received. The staff were wonderful. They treated him with the utmost dignity and respect and this was reflected in him, as he was happy and content. A great management team and are family say a big thank you for all the great work that you do.

SureCare (Birmingham) cared for my great aunt whilst the pandemic was in full force, and I have to say, I have never been happier with the service received.

My great aunt only had home carers for 5 months, before she moved into a hospice to see out her final days, but the care workers that attend were so attentive and compassionate to her needs.

The office was great in arranging last-minute cover for when a family member had to isolate so could not stay overnight, and they were always professional in their approach to my aunt. They made her feel comfortable and safe in the knowledge that they were here to help.

I will admit, it was a little hard at first due to all the PPE they have to wear, so my aunt was unable to recognise who was who, but once she familiarised their voices and gestures, she settled well and even had a few favourites.

Thank you from all of the family, and I would defo recommend this company to anyone looking for an at ease provider who actively includes family!

SureCare have been caring for my nan now for a while, they have always ensured that she has kept her independence and dignity and the carers have always been like true friends to her. Suffering with many medical problems, my nan hasn't got full mobility so without the carers at SureCare I don't know what we would do at the times we cannot be there!
