If needed, I am able to speak to the managers, who will always respond to me quickly and sort things out. They too have gone the extra mile to help me when circumstances have needed more than the day-to-day care due to Mum being ill. I feel they are there for me to speak to for support.
I would recommend SureCare to others.

On the whole, the service has been excellent. In particular, the staff are thorough in keeping my mother clean. They take the trouble to advise me on points to use, so I can take action. If anything needs to be pointed out to staff, they listen and take it on board. My mother has moderate dementia, and the staff handle the difficult situations that arise very well. I would recommend the company to other clients.

Generally, my experince as a service user has been a very positive one. Their duties vary according to my daily needs and they look after me very well, both physically and help when I have difficult days - depression. I have had an occasional change of carers who have also been competent and efficient, but it's nice to be looked after by the ladies who are aware of your needs and requirements. Overall, I am looked after well by my girls.

My grandad was so happy with the care he received. The staff were wonderful. They treated him with the utmost dignity and respect and this was reflected in him, as he was happy and content. A great management team and are family say a big thank you for all the great work that you do.

My great aunt only had home carers for 5 months, before she moved into a hospice to see out her final days, but the care workers that attend were so attentive and compassionate to her needs.
The office was great in arranging last-minute cover for when a family member had to isolate so could not stay overnight, and they were always professional in their approach to my aunt. They made her feel comfortable and safe in the knowledge that they were here to help.
I will admit, it was a little hard at first due to all the PPE they have to wear, so my aunt was unable to recognise who was who, but once she familiarised their voices and gestures, she settled well and even had a few favourites.

SureCare looked after my mom for the past 7 years with compassion and dignity they became friends always on time nothing was too much trouble. I can't praise them enough for the care they gave my mom even in her final days. Thank you what a great team.

SureCare have been caring for my nan now for a while, they have always ensured that she has kept her independence and dignity and the carers have always been like true friends to her. Suffering with many medical problems, my nan hasn't got full mobility so without the carers at SureCare I don't know what we would do at the times we cannot be there!
