Carers have been taking great care of my mother since the services have been in place. It would be good to be notified ahead of time if extreme lateness is to be expected, via call or text. Note: Just ensure and ask my mother has everything she needs within reach before each departure.

I have had a lot of help from my carers and extra help during the longer hours. I have had a lot of support at my main meal times too. Very much appreciated and love their personalities. Have found sometimes my calls to the office request is noted but nothing has been done at times. I would like

My dad passed away in July, up til then the girls that looked after dad were so good with him especially towards the end. Dad loved them coming round and just being his friend. I can't say enough good things about the care he received. Thanku PBL Care especially Naz and Eddie xx
