Very informative with clear understanding. Very professional, tidy and well mannered. Cared for my mum both personal and domestic which was a great help and gave me peace of mind as do not live in the same part of the country. Would highly recommend, very competitive prices too.

The staff who run the office are amazing, the young manager I deal with for all our needs for my sister bends over backwards to make sure we have the best carers and most reliable. She will listen to the type of carers we require and always meets our needs even at short notice especially when we have been let down by other agencies. The staff/carers as a whole always go over and beyond to make sure my sister's care needs are always met. And without them, we would struggle.

I have witnessed carers from PBL Care being well mannered and compassionate to my friend's father who has a lot of needs, and the way the care staff handle themselves is very professional. From my conversation with the carers, they seem to possess and greatly understand how each client they look after are different and tailor care to the individual rather thanbeing generic.
