Th company is at beck and call 24 hours. There is always somebody there listening to concerned users, our compliments go to the management which is excellent. They are always giving us advice and always seeking our views on all issues. We are very happy with the service and we would recommend to everybody
(friends and family 100%). They are always in telephone contact with us at all times. The workers are very friendly and always with a smile.

The staff PBL Care have provided for my husband are really good. They are always on time and stay over the duration of calls if required. They speak the same language as my husband, so communication is very good. They make my husband smile at all times. Excellent service provider.
