PBL Care have been providing an outstanding care service to my father. The carers are very professional and polite with my father. I would highly recommend this company and the management team have always been very proactive.

PBL Care have outstanding staff and their service is top notch! They are always on time and maintain consistency of carer when providing care for my mother. They speak to her in the language she understands.

The care my grandmother received was excellent. The carer was always on time and ensured all tasks were completed at their allocated time. She was polite not only to my grandmother but also all other members of the family.

Excellent consistent care provided. Very helpful and accommodating to my needs. Highly recommend. The standard of carers is high and the ethos of the company is positive.

PLB offers excellent care as a care organisation. The carers that look after my dad are always very cheerful, positive and polite. The care that they provide for my dad is first class and we would have no problem recommending PLB to friends and family.

Carers have been taking great care of my mother since the services have been in place. It would be good to be notified ahead of time if extreme lateness is to be expected, via call or text. Note: Just ensure and ask my mother has everything she needs within reach before each departure.

My carers have and continue to be lovely and caring. They always have a smile for me and always make me feel like a person not a number. When I am in a lot of pain both my carers give me the extra time I need. They both have good hearts and I would recommend them to anyone needing care. They are
very respectful and understand my needs. Always carry out their work with a smile.

I am very happy with PBL Care, they have offered consistency and have been communicating effectively. They provide a person-centred approach offering comfort and reassurance at all times. Their caring nature has brought a smile back to my mum's face. Their staff are well trained to meet my mum's

They have been very good. They always arrive on time and care for my grandmother like their own. They speak to her language and encourage her to be independent. They ensure she has a good amount of of food and drink during the day.

carers always arriving on time and provide detailed updates about the chid whenever they him out . carers share important information such as how he behaves on the bus , how he responds to different environments and his preference for snacks like chips and other food the are very supportive and work

I have had a lot of help from my carers and extra help during the longer hours. I have had a lot of support at my main meal times too. Very much appreciated and love their personalities. Have found sometimes my calls to the office request is noted but nothing has been done at times. I would like
part to change for the better.

My dad passed away in July, up til then the girls that looked after dad were so good with him especially towards the end. Dad loved them coming round and just being his friend. I can't say enough good things about the care he received. Thanku PBL Care especially Naz and Eddie xx
