PBL Care has provided excellent support in relation to the provision of respite living care for my grandmother after a fall and recent surgery. From the initial inquiry to the provision of the care service, the service has been first-rate. Two carers have been involved over the six-week period and all
has been incredible with the oversight by the care manager. The fantastic software enables us to monitor progress and manage risks and complications that could have led to my grandma being admitted in to hospital. I would have no hesitation in recommending PBL Care to others. A Care Company with integrity!

I can't thank the care company enough for all they did for both of my parents. Dedicated carers and a team that listens and helps. It has been a difficult time for me over the past ten years caring for both parents and losing one. However, the company supported me throughout. I have had a few care companies
before and after (had to change due to location and number of carers needed for my mother recently). Two companies were not even a touch on the dedication I got from PBL Care. I hope and pray they branch out into other areas and increase their staff so I could get them back!
Honestly, I feel they really do focus on the care and support for their clients. Thank you again, and wish the best to all there.

PBL transformed the care experience for my late mother who suffered from vascular dementia amongst other health issues. Being extremely demanding, as one would for their mother, I had been through two other care services who had some great individuals amongst their staff but were not running well as
an overall set-up. I saw how PBL worked as an effective team with clear values-led leadership from the top and excellent coordination on the ground. Their approach instantly reduced her anxiety enabling an almost near-normal return to the quality of life she had pre-diagnosis of her dementia - this, within a month. I cannot recommend this team more. In particular, we appreciated the cultural awareness demonstrated for my mother who had strong South East Asian traits in her way of life. PBL was extremely flexible in some acute situations and put us at ease ensuring my mother was always their top priority.

Very informative with clear understanding. Very professional, tidy and well mannered. Cared for my mum both personal and domestic which was a great help and gave me peace of mind as do not live in the same part of the country. Would highly recommend, very competitive prices too.

The staff who run the office are amazing, the young manager I deal with for all our needs for my sister bends over backwards to make sure we have the best carers and most reliable. She will listen to the type of carers we require and always meets our needs even at short notice especially when we have
been let down by other agencies. The staff/carers as a whole always go over and beyond to make sure my sister's care needs are always met. And without them, we would struggle.

I have witnessed carers from PBL Care being well mannered and compassionate to my friend's father who has a lot of needs, and the way the care staff handle themselves is very professional. From my conversation with the carers, they seem to possess and greatly understand how each client they look after
are different and tailor care to the individual rather thanbeing generic.

Confident that Dad will be well cared for - PBL carers are friendly and look after Dad, ensuring he has his medication and is comfortable. They always let me know if there is a problem and will deal with it appropriately. Would recommend to families looking for care.

PBL Care looked after my grandad and have provided an exceptional service. The carers are always on time and are really friendly. They often stay over their time, and when it was my grandads birthday they had provided a gift for him. This is the first company that has organised a Christmas party where
they invited my father and he had an excellent time which he still talks about. They had given him gifts and he didn't even have to pay anything. Thank you to the whole PBL Care team.
