I am very happy with PBL Care, they have offered consistency and have been communicating effectively. They provide a person-centred approach offering comfort and reassurance at all times. Their caring nature has brought a smile back to my mum's face. Their staff are well trained to meet my mum's
needs.

They have been very good. They always arrive on time and care for my grandmother like their own. They speak to her language and encourage her to be independent. They ensure she has a good amount of of food and drink during the day.

We have been using PBL Care for the past 5 years and they have been absolutely outstanding!! The carers are amazing and are like family to us now. They are always consistent and on time. I would highly recommend this company and are very proactive with technology in healthcare.

carers always arriving on time and provide detailed updates about the chid whenever they him out . carers share important information such as how he behaves on the bus , how he responds to different environments and his preference for snacks like chips and other food the are very supportive and work

I have had a lot of help from my carers and extra help during the longer hours. I have had a lot of support at my main meal times too. Very much appreciated and love their personalities. Have found sometimes my calls to the office request is noted but nothing has been done at times. I would like
part to change for the better.

My dad passed away in July, up til then the girls that looked after dad were so good with him especially towards the end. Dad loved them coming round and just being his friend. I can't say enough good things about the care he received. Thanku PBL Care especially Naz and Eddie xx

PBL Care have been looking after my father for the past 3 years and have been exceptional in the care they provide. The staff are on time, polite and very kind towards my father and family. If the carer is ever running late then the office is very prompt to make us aware. I really like the app they
have introduced, as it allows me to keep up to date with visits ensuring my father is being looked after.

My brother moved into the supported accommodation two years ago and has been very comfortable and happy there.
The transition was very smooth and instilled a great deal of trust in the organisation and the staff, as we were regularly kept informed.
The staff met with us before the move and upon
arrival. They have always been very transparent and great at communicating with us.
Everyone made him feel welcome and currently supports him, as and when he needs it. Great friendly staff team.

Fantastic service with brilliant etiquette, made us feel at ease with outstanding customer service and communication. Staff were professional, punctual, and incredibly caring at all times, ensuring our comfort and well-being throughout the experience.

Having used the services of PBL Care, we found their care staff to be exceptionally polite and professional in their approach treating the service user with compassion and in a dignified manner. Our overall experience was extremely good due to the professionalism of their care staff. PBL carers
emphasis on compassion, coupled with their attentive management and proficient staff creates an environment where the service users receive the highest standard of care possible. We will have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone needing any care due to their high standards of providing excellent care.

PBL Care has always been outstanding. Completely professional and compassionate in the care they provide for my grandmother. They have accommodated my grandmother’s need of having Hindi/Urdu-speaking carers come out to us.
