From our first meeting to discuss my sisters care needs the Deputy Manager was knowledgeable and compassionate. My sister has now been looked after by Surecare for around three months and receives excellent and reliable care, she is treated with dignity and respect and the ladies are all very kind to
her. The office team are always at the end of the phone and are reactive and prompt in addressing any inquiries and needs. Having the Surecare team caring for my sister has given me such peace of mind and comfort. I would highly recommend Surecare Oxfordshire.

SureCare cared for our late mother until her passing; I am based in France so most of the care was organised remotely. The carers and management team went above and beyond to look after our mother, and we knew she was in very safe hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always at the
end of the phone for queries, questions etc. I would highly recommend them, and if ever I'm in a position to require care for a family member, then they are the only people I will call. Huge thanks to the whole team for your dedication and commitment. You are all superstars!

The last view months of my Mum's illness had been incredibly difficult and stressful for all of us, as her health declined.
SureCare provided us with excellent support during this time, the wonderful staff gave us great comfort and reassurance, knowing she was in safe, compassionate hands. I personally
will never forget the kindness of the two ladies who helped us on Good Friday morning when Mum became very unwell. Their professionalism and warmth shone through, and it meant so much in such a difficult moment.
When the time came for a live-in carer, we were so delight when one of the carers we knew well agreed to live with Mum. Several of the medical professional commented how fortunate we were to find someone who genuinely cared for her.
Without their professionalism, kindness, and dedication, Mum would not have been able to remain at home in her final days-something that was always her wish.

I have had an incredibly very positive experience with SureCare. Care and love are the frontline words. Thoughtful and friendly are also part of the service provision which makes it work on a more 'personal' basis without crossing boundaries as they all remain professional and clear in their observations
of their client's continuing, ongoing needs.

What a remarkable care agency with completely compassionate and very reliable staff.
We managed to get my dad out of the hospital with their excellent help and assistance, and very prompt service and we are very grateful for them.
Nothing was too much trouble, I cannot recommend SureCare highly enough.

The care and dignity that the carers treat my mother with is second to none. My mother is a difficult patient but the way these carers work is excellent. Being a carer is a tremendously difficult and demanding job and this team deserve all credit due.

Surecare has provided excellent care for my mother for the past three years. During that time some of the carers have become so friendly to her that she really looked forward to seeing them. The carers were there four times a day and always made sure she was comfortable and didn't need any other help
before they left. They would always contact me by phone if they had any concerns. I can only thank them for their excellent service.

As a family, we have all been delighted with the care my mother has received. All the carers are genuinely interested in her needs, likes and dislikes and are friendly, respectful and easy to get along with. Nothing is too much trouble!

My friend has needed home care for a while and I've seen how lovely everyone is.
It's meant she doesn't need to go into a home. The office staff are always helpful. I know it's a hard job but my friend has no problems and sings very highly of the people who look after her.
The company looks after
its staff and it shows.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people. Even if you just need help once a week, or twice a day, I know they would be able to sort you out and often the same week as well!
You couldn't ask for more - thank you SureCare.

Such amazing support from team SureCare, who has coped brilliantly with my mum who has advanced dementia and can often be very tricky.
Very patient, kind and supportive. It has also helped me enormously to have some much-needed relief from supporting my mother.
Very highly recommended, I'm so lucky
to have their amazing carers in every day.

SureCare took over the care of my 100 year old mother and from the very first visit we were impressed by their professional outlook and friendly approach. All the carers that attended my mother were so friendly and patient with my mother, even singing happy birthday on her 101st birthday. I can't thank
them enough for their care and help for us with my mother and would give far more than five stars if I could. Thank you all at SureCare for your support and care up till my mother died.

Before we used SureCare, we were let down so many times by a new provider. You get what you pay for! If you need a reliable, kind and caring team give SureCare a call. Their staff are all fully trained and do regular update training and they are able to adapt quickly when our needs changed. Safe, effective
care, that's what I get and that's what I need. Thank you to all the lovely care staff, you do a great job. I really recommend them, as they are experienced and their business has been going for ages, so you know they are reliable and look after everyone so well. My aunty really looks forward to her carer coming in and feels so much better after they have been. It's the highlight of her day and they will do everything they can to make her comfortable and happy before they leave. We get everything we need from them. If we didn't use them I would be so worried about her, as we didn't have a great experience with other care companies locally.

In a word, SureCare are exceptional. They cared for my wife during her final year, right up until the day she passed. The carers she loved were with her during her final minutes. Honestly, I cannot begin to explain how amazing they have all been, the management are responsive and flexible and the carers

SureCare Oxfordshire provided some of the care for my sister in the last six months of her life, contributing to her being able to live with comfort and a degree of happiness. I found the senior managers very responsive to feedback and requests; their flexibility and ongoing attention to any training
needs meant a lot. They were also able to arrange the rota so that my sister's favourite carers were with her as often as possible, this made such a difference to her and to her family.

I have nothing but praise for the Surecare team who looked after my father in the last 6 months of his life. They always treated him with dignity and respect, as expected, but went far beyond that. They made him smile, he had fun with many of them, and he felt that some of your team were almost like
relatives. They were kind, helpful, caring and thoroughly dedicated in everything they did for him. In addition, your team were kind to Dad's family too, always happy to chat and reassure us.
Sadly he passed away towards the end of July, but I am completely confident that SureCare made a big and beneficial difference to his quality of life.

Team SureCare has been looking after my father for two years now. He has declined over this time, and they have catered for his changing needs at every stage, from daily visits and now live-in care.
The carers show a huge amount of dignity and respect whilst having fun and laughter with him. He enjoys
the carers visiting, and if I have any concerns or need to ask for changes to be made, the office staff are very helpful and always action requests promptly.
SureCare is amazing and has changed his life for the better; thank you!
