The care from from the carers of this company is excellent, my brother as MS and depends on them totally .They have been very good in anemergency and kept me informed all the time and given my brother the bedt care .

Thank you to the management and staff of Surecare for the wonderful care and attention which they gave to me throughout the early days of my recovery from two operations. The ladies who visited me were cheerful and bright which lifted my spirits. In physical terms they helped me in lots of ways i.e. household chores, food preparation and personal hygiene.

Before Covid this company helped my Dad in his later years; they also helped me three years ago when I was also rehabbing from a major operation. It was really heartening to know that many of the staff I have met over the years are still working for this company. That is a testament in itself.

All carers that attend to my Grandma are always pleasant, attentive and very helpful. They listen to her and also have a joke with her. She enjoys their company as well as their coffee making! I would recommend this care company.

From the moment we met the ladies who attendef to my mum, they were friendly, compationate, considerate and went above and beyond for us. They got everything she needed and helped us through a very difficult time. Unfortunately my mother passed away but we got all the support we needed from them. I only met Claris and Emma but my mother had no complaints about anybody else who attended. Thank you so much for everything we really appreciated all you did for us xx

The care workers who visited my father in his last days were always respectful of his wishes and dignity. Some of them went above and beyond in the level of tenderness and understanding they showed. The care workers were also a great support to myself and husband through a difficult time.

Sadly needed to use these carers when my husband came home for end of life care. I was very worried about it but these people.were absolutely amazing. They treated my husband with great care compassion and respect. They looked after him and made him comfortable every time they came. They were friendly kind and extremely good at the job they do. Over the last year SureCare were so kind and caring to mum, who was coping with the loss of her husband and progressive dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease. We asked SureCare to begin visiting mum with a softly softly approach, as mum was adamant she didn't need any help. We were so impressed with the way they gradually gained mum's trust so that she began looking forward to the carers' visits. Little by little they were able to do more for her. An added bonus was that SureCare were also caring for mum's friend and neighbour, and were able to get the two of them together for coffee and a chat about old times. When mum developed a painful wedge fracture of the spine, SureCare phoned to alert us, called an ambulance, and stayed with mum until one of the family could get there. After a spell in hospital mum became very weak and confused. SureCare supported us in bringing mum home for a week at very short notice, prior to her being admitted to a residential nursing home.

Surecare started caring for my mum in Feb 2025 and in just a short time they have made a huge impact. She is now doing things she was refusing with past carers. She is living the best she can with a cruel illness all thanks to these carers. They have built a lovely friendship and mum thoroughly enjoys each visit. Thank you Surecare.

Surecare have looked after my wife since October 2024.There was a short break when my wife went back into hospital but we are back with surecare again for second time. The carer have always been very good thoughtful, helpful and caring. Can't do enough for your excellent care but thanks you all.

My sister was cared for by the SureCare Team for a couple of years until she was admitted to a care home. I could not fault the care she received and was always contacted immediately if there was a problem. Always kind and considerate, I know she was in safe hands.

SureCare has provided my mum with five-star care she has improved since having SureCare in her home. I could not ask for a better team of carers to be looking after my mum, from the very start, everyone has been very thorough in asking about my mum's needs and then providing this 100% of the time. Very helpful and very caring staff always on time with all their checks on packages and carers, always there when you need help all in all very good care company, when there's a carer down they'll always have someone to cover that shift so you're never alone, so I will give them 5 stars because they deserve it.

SureCare has been excellent in supporting my elderly father when he came out of hospital recovering from hip replacement surgery. They have friendly and capable care staff and a very well-organised management team. I would be very happy to recommend them.
