From the moment we met the ladies who attendef to my mum, they were friendly, compationate, considerate and went above and beyond for us. They got everything she needed and helped us through a very difficult time. Unfortunately my mother passed away but we got all the support we needed from them. I
only met Claris and Emma but my mother had no complaints about anybody else who attended. Thank you so much for everything we really appreciated all you did for us xx

The care workers who visited my father in his last days were always respectful of his wishes and dignity. Some of them went above and beyond in the level of tenderness and understanding they showed. The care workers were also a great support to myself and husband through a difficult time.

Sadly needed to use these carers when my husband came home for end of life care. I was very worried about it but these people.were absolutely amazing. They treated my husband with great care compassion and respect. They looked after him and made him comfortable every time they came. They were friendly

Over the last year SureCare were so kind and caring to mum, who was coping with the loss of her husband and progressive dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease. We asked SureCare to begin visiting mum with a softly softly approach, as mum was adamant she didn't need any help. We were so impressed with
the way they gradually gained mum's trust so that she began looking forward to the carers' visits. Little by little they were able to do more for her. An added bonus was that SureCare were also caring for mum's friend and neighbour, and were able to get the two of them together for coffee and a chat about old times. When mum developed a painful wedge fracture of the spine, SureCare phoned to alert us, called an ambulance, and stayed with mum until one of the family could get there. After a spell in hospital mum became very weak and confused. SureCare supported us in bringing mum home for a week at very short notice, prior to her being admitted to a residential nursing home.

Surecare started caring for my mum in Feb 2025 and in just a short time they have made a huge impact. She is now doing things she was refusing with past carers. She is living the best she can with a cruel illness all thanks to these carers. They have built a lovely friendship and mum thoroughly enjoys
each visit. Thank you Surecare.

Surecare have looked after my wife since October 2024.There was a short break when my wife went back into hospital but we are back with surecare again for second time. The carer have always been very good thoughtful, helpful and caring. Can't do enough for your excellent care but thanks you all.

My sister was cared for by the SureCare Team for a couple of years until she was admitted to a care home. I could not fault the care she received and was always contacted immediately if there was a problem. Always kind and considerate, I know she was in safe hands.

We used SureCare at the end of my dad's life for just under 2 weeks, their care was outstanding and couldn't do enough to help you. (Talk about going above and beyond, this is an understatement). Carers formed such a bond with us all, especially my dad. Such caring individuals and a credit to SureCare.

Very helpful and very caring staff always on time with all their checks on packages and carers, always there when you need help all in all very good care company, when there's a carer down they'll always have someone to cover that shift so you're never alone, so I will give them 5 stars because they

My partner was very poorly in palliative care. Once in palliative care, a care plan was quickly set up and my partner received essential visits 4 times a day from the team. I wouldn't be able to support her without the team's help- from waging to cleaning. Loading the washing machine etc. Many thanks

Through a healthcare plan membership, I was able to get up to 18 hours post-surgery care following a total knee replacement. I chose SureCare and found every aspect of working with them to be completely professional. The communication with the management team was very quick and proficient and all the

Mum has had excellent care from sure care for over 2 years and she has been provided with ongoing extending care as her needs increased. The staff have always been attentive, supportive and treat Mum with dignity and kindness.

SureCare provided an excellent level of care to my mother-in-law in her final year of life. They showed compassion and ensured her dignity was protected, but most of all, took the time to establish a relationship with her and treat her as a person not just as their job. They tried to send the same carers
on rotation, which was really helpful due to her quite difficult physical needs. They also provided flexibility when we needed extra or less care. Communication was also very good. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a personalised care service.
