The carers were brilliant, very attentive, worked around our needs, very flexible, nothing was too much bother. Made my wife feel very special too. They were very empathic to needs illness.
The admin side is also very effective. Only on one accession was no one available to take my call, but returned
call within 15minutes. Again all requests were met, staff polite and regularly checked in to ensure needs till be met. Management ensures staff had refresher training completed to ensure care was upto date professional.

My husband was looked after by a caring team of around 10 people who over the months we got to know well and they got to know David and his needs which made the caring seamless.
Everyone engaged with David beautifully, providing care and support and also provided info to the district nurse team re
changes in his condition.
You should be very proud of your team as they provide excellent service/support with great gentleness.

Receiving excellent service from all the carers. All of them are very good and very professional in their work. Punctuality is spot on. Communication very good.
It would be very hard to find any fault. Both of us are very pleased with the service and would recommend your company to anyone in need of

Thank you to the management and staff of Surecare for the wonderful care and attention which they gave to me throughout the early days of my recovery from two operations. The ladies who visited me were cheerful and bright which lifted my spirits. In physical terms they helped me in lots of ways i.e.
household chores, food preparation and personal hygiene.


Before Covid this company helped my Dad in his later years; they also helped me three years ago when I was also rehabbing from a major operation. It was really heartening to know that many of the staff I have met over the years are still working for this company. That is a testament in itself.

From the moment we met the ladies who attendef to my mum, they were friendly, compationate, considerate and went above and beyond for us. They got everything she needed and helped us through a very difficult time. Unfortunately my mother passed away but we got all the support we needed from them. I
only met Claris and Emma but my mother had no complaints about anybody else who attended. Thank you so much for everything we really appreciated all you did for us xx

Sadly needed to use these carers when my husband came home for end of life care. I was very worried about it but these people.were absolutely amazing. They treated my husband with great care compassion and respect. They looked after him and made him comfortable every time they came. They were friendly

Over the last year SureCare were so kind and caring to mum, who was coping with the loss of her husband and progressive dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease. We asked SureCare to begin visiting mum with a softly softly approach, as mum was adamant she didn't need any help. We were so impressed with
the way they gradually gained mum's trust so that she began looking forward to the carers' visits. Little by little they were able to do more for her. An added bonus was that SureCare were also caring for mum's friend and neighbour, and were able to get the two of them together for coffee and a chat about old times. When mum developed a painful wedge fracture of the spine, SureCare phoned to alert us, called an ambulance, and stayed with mum until one of the family could get there. After a spell in hospital mum became very weak and confused. SureCare supported us in bringing mum home for a week at very short notice, prior to her being admitted to a residential nursing home.

Surecare started caring for my mum in Feb 2025 and in just a short time they have made a huge impact. She is now doing things she was refusing with past carers. She is living the best she can with a cruel illness all thanks to these carers. They have built a lovely friendship and mum thoroughly enjoys

We used SureCare at the end of my dad's life for just under 2 weeks, their care was outstanding and couldn't do enough to help you. (Talk about going above and beyond, this is an understatement). Carers formed such a bond with us all, especially my dad. Such caring individuals and a credit to SureCare.
