All good. Doing what they said they would do. Visiting four times a day and staff seem very friendly and responsive to my mums needs. Not over pushy when mum doesnt want to do something, but being firm and fair.

Overall Experience

I have excellent care from SureCare. My carer comes 9am and undressed me after I have washed my private parts. And helps me use commode. Then dresses me for day usually in something attractive. Then gives me a cup of tea. Then walks me to my chair and gives me my toast breakfast. Three times day she changes my pad. She makes me get in bed by eight pm and covers me over for night.

Overall Experience

My experience has been very very good my carer comes and does lots for me from washing my back and legs, to complete body, carer then makes my breakfast and cup of tea and places me in chair to relax and lets me catch up with sleep that I haven't had during night. I am unable to know how I would manage without this care. It's excellent. Also she dressed me in suitable clothes.

Overall Experience

The girls who come are brilliant with Marie, however, timings are an issue on some days with no one coming to nearer 11am and ideally we would like arrival to be nearer 9:30am. This is not a showstopper just an observation.

Overall Experience

Surecare provide very good care for my mum. They help her wash and dress releasing me not to have to go to her in the mornings. They warm up food which we as a family cook and prompt her to take medication herself. Because they come during the day I am free to do what I need to do during the day and I see my mum most evenings. My Sisters also live far, and they can do what and it means they are released to work or continue with their tasks and lives too.Carers can provide company in my mum's main first language so that's also helpful. And it provides respite for me and my sisters.

Overall Experience

Overall the service is good, a lot better than the previous care service that we used.

Most of the carers follow what has been asked of them. I thinks there is the odd one that ignores instruction. Therefore this needs addressing. Above all the management team are very good and do follow up on any problems and try their best to rectify said situations.

I would like to share my experience with SureCare, who have been looking after my mother since 2021. The entire team has been consistently professional, compassionate, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Care staff including Qainat, Tayyab, Eshmal, Mahnoor, Rimsha and Armagan have been exceptional in their roles. They treat my mother with genuine kindness, respect, and attention, always going above and beyond to ensure her comfort and wellbeing.
I would also like to highlight Wajid from the office team, who has been incredibly supportive and responsive. He always ensures that any concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently, giving us great peace of mind.

Overall, the SureCare team delivers an outstanding standard of care. Their commitment, reliability, and genuine compassion make a real difference. I would highly recommend SureCare Bolton to anyone seeking quality care services for their loved ones.

SureCare provided a first class service when caring for my brother. They cared for him for many years until he passed away last year. Care was dignified, empathetic and loving. I cannot thank them enough for making his last few years comfortable. We never once complained because they got it right from the beginning. We had a horrible time with a previous agency and SureCare was recommended . Thank you to everyone for everything that you did, we will never forget the years you gave.

Iqbal comes round to look after our Dad who has Alzheimer's. We are so lucky to have Iqbal, he is great.
He is thoughtful ,very patient and kind to our Dad and attends to his needs, cooking his meals and administering medicine.
Our Dad enjoys him coming round as he knows our Dads routines and accommodates that along with a sense of humour.

Overall Experience

During carers visits the patience, shown and kindness are evident and appreciated. Although a number of carers are new to us and arrive late for visits this has impact on meal times and other matters relating to care. Management to do their best to deliver the service. However distance between users can effect the productivity and distress at times. Overall the service is genuine and wiling to support needs.

Overall Experience

After 4yrs of care in home for my mum she passed away peaceful.
With the help of these lovely ladies we managed to keep her at home as my mum wished for.
The care was amazing and every aspect was covered.
I personally want to thank one carer in particular for giving 100% care and friendship to my mum..named Donna ..cant thank you enough and my mum loved you to bits.
All the other ladies did a fantastic job also.

I would highly recommend this care company to look after our parents.

Overall Experience

I would recommend sure care as a professional company putting the client's needs at the center. The carers are very caring, empathetic and build a good rapport with my mum , always contacting me if there are any concerns.
