We have had fantastic service for my uncle and nothing is ever to much when talking to the carers.
They always let us know when things are running low so way can restock them.


I would recommend this service as this has really worked well for my uncle who is deaf and mute where the carers have found

away of communicating with him.

I cannot recommend SureCare Trafford highly enough for the exceptional care and support they have provided to my mum. From the very beginning, their team has been professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to delivering a high standard of care.


A special mention must go to Mamona, who has consistently

gone above and beyond in every aspect of her role. Her kindness, patience, and genuine empathy have made a world of difference to my mum's daily life. Mamona doesn't just provide care-she brings warmth, reassurance, and dignity, treating my mum with the utmost respect at all times.


It's incredibly comforting to know that someone so attentive and thoughtful is there to support her. Mamona's commitment and positive attitude have not gone unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for everything she does.

SureCare cared for my Husband for many years.
Carers treated my Husband with respect and care, putting his need first, making sure he was washed, dressed and comfortable before leaving. as with evening call making sure he was comfortable in bed, with everything at hand before leaving.
SureCare have
always been a professional company to me, but also very passionate in their care.
Carers were very prompt, but if held up, would inform they may be late.
i would recommend SureCare as a dependable, reliable, caring company.

We have used Surecare Stockport now for some time and I wanted to say how much we appreciate their kindness, patience and understanding whilst caring for my Mum , she was very reluctant in having any care but as she is 96 years old and living independently it has been a great relief to know she is in
such good hands . We are kept up to date and have great communication with the team and it works perfectly as they do some cleaning as well as personal care which works so well for us. I do not hesitate in recommending them as they have made a great difference in Mums care treating her as though it was their own family.

I've found Surecare management & care providers to be professional, dedicated & friendly during the time they've been looking after my mum.

As a whole the company is well organized and friendly providing excellent service, this includes the office staff and the people on the ground dealing directly with Dad. The staff operating the phones are pleasant and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them, they are knowledgeable and always
available to answer any questions that may arise.
The carers themselves are obviously well trained and experienced and were able to meet Dad's needs and able to deal with any situation that arose, and more importantly actually seemed to care.
I would recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in need of this kind of care.

I can't rate this service or their carers highly enough. Care for my parents began after a hospital stay. Following an assessment from the discharge carers we were handed over to SureCare a few weeks later. From the initial meeting, this service stepped in like angels from heaven! Everyone has been
supportive, respectful and treated my parents so well. Nothing is too much trouble and the communication between them & us is excellent. The guy who comes in, in a morning and at teatime, is so caring towards them. He ensures my dad has taken his tablets, eaten, and also makes sure that other things are done to make them comfortable and 'how things used to be', like putting the TV on, a snack out, a short walk etc.At teatime, although he gets the dinner he treats my mum respectfully & encourages her to help him so that she feels valued and useful. He has built up a good rapport with them both and makes them smile. Their life has changed so much but SureCare has eased the transition. Thankyou

Donna, Saba, Hafsa, Ayesha, Sidia, Esha, Anmol are some of the carers I've had. I think I've missed some but every carer that comes to help me at home have been brilliant

Sure Care certainly delivers what they offer on the website and a bit more.
After mum used a previous care company who let her down in many ways she didn't feel safe. So we tried Sure Care and from the very beginning they were kind understanding and most of all did what they promised, being polite,
punctual, friendly and accessible
I would certainly recommend Sure Care if you want people who really do care.

After a stay in hospital in June '25 and ongoing health problems, my medical team recommended me to get a carer and my local authority assessed my needs. They suggested SureCare, who prepared a care plan for me.
Once the paperwork was completed I then had daily, morning visits from a carer, who helped
me with showering and washing.
The carer, a young man, was very polite and helpful and continues to be so.
My wife and I are both in our 70's, so the carer provides reassurance for both of us.


We are very pleased with the services that SureCare provide.

The agency have been great to deal with and very accommodating. The carers are compassionate and respectful to my father. However, I do feel some individuals can be a little judgemental towards me, for things that they feel should be done differently. One issue that needs addressing is that the carers
rarely spend the time being paid for with my father. Often they will do the bare minimum and leave.

I have investigated your grievances, with regards to the some of the carers being judgemental towards you, i apologise for this, but i can assure you, this will not have been their intention. The carers have to implement their training, where certain tasks are not allowed. These tasks can be done by family, but not by our staff, they are limited to what social services allow and cannot allow. This is purely to safeguard our clients and the carers. Regarding the time spent with your father, this has been looked into, and more often than not, they are completing the full duration of the visit, however, we will ensure that all carers do spend the scheduled time. I normally have three carers a week, The carer comes in on a Sunday and the carer. Who's there for me every day of the week bar Sunday up for to the one that is there every day of the week he's a fantastic help to me. He does a fantastic job. He helps me with my breakfast and does any other jobs that
I need doing we only have half an hour in the morning and a half an hour in the evening, but I could not do without him. He knows everything I do not have to asking him to do anything. He just does it And it would be like cutting both hands off if he wasn't there for me I really appreciate what he does for me as of the other guys. They also do a great job and the guy does my shopping. He is fantastic because he knows where to get my items from and my basic needs which is a big help. The guy who does Sunday is exactly the same as the one who does every day of the week fantastic I would not do without them. I'd be lost. Thank you very much SureCare for giving me the best carers

The CFO and his team are amazing. My dad can be a difficult character and they look after him with the upmost respect, care and compassion.
They mainly help him with medications and meal prep but also keep his flat tidy and clean when required.

Dad has been using Surecare Trafford now for a few months we both can't speak of them highly enough! From initial visit through to daily care provided professionalism, empathy and genuine care shines through. The carers keep me updated as often as required and the team in the office have worked closely
with us as dad's needs have changed. I very rarely write reviews but this one is thoroughly deserved.
