I was thoroughly impressed with how they looked after a family friend. The whole teams was attentive and caring. They provided great care for years and was amazing during her final days. I would recommend this company to anyone.
The manager was very hands on and always reachable. They gave everyone
peace of mind and met the needs, and always willing to go over and above to make sure she was happy and comfortable.

Surecare looked after my aunt with the most amazing care and empathy. Her carers went way beyond their job specification. I live a long way away from Loughton, but I felt she was in safe hands. They would phone me to keep me updated about her and when she was unwell, they arranged for ambulances
and hospital stays. One of her carers even went into the hospital to visit her without being obliged to, and she continued to care for her whilst in hospital. I have nothing but praise for the staff and the management was excellent. The manager would phone me out of hours to keep me informed of any emergencies, and I feel she was on hand 24/7. This was very reassuring as I live 2 hours away and I could not get there in a hurry.

All of the Care Team have been so helpful, and really have gone above and beyond.
For the last 2 years this super team have cared for my mum, and look after my brother.
They have helped and continue to help with daily care, appointments, medication, everything.

The staff who visit are kind and very helpful. I feel very confident that my father is being well looked after and any problems are quickly raised with me. The office team are equally responsive and interested in providing the support we need.

My carer visits me 3 times daily - 9:15 AM (1 hour), 5:30 PM (1 & a half hours) and 8:30 PM (1 & a half hours). The visits are always on time - as per her schedule.

SureCare looked after my mum until she died, then my dad. The carers were always kind and cheerful. No task was too much. My dad really loved his carers' visits. The management staff also were very caring and efficient. Every time there was a change of circumstance, SureCare happily adapted to suit
my dad's needs. They gave him and the family peace of mind up to his final days.

SureCare were amazing when we had to unexpectedly care for relatives who became unwell while visiting overseas. The manager was so supportive and helpful and went above and beyond what was expected of a care manager. The carers she sent in to support were competent, kind and helpful. I would highly

My carer visits half an hour every morning and every evening. He is efficient, gets my breakfast and cleans up after the night (making the bed etc.), gets my breakfast and checks the windows etc. In the evening he prepares the bathroom and bedroom for bedtime. This pampering is due to my being disabled
due to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. Doing his four and a half hours cleaning he does what he can cleaning. I am entirely satisfied with his performance.

I am a very close friend of this dear lady, who sadly has no living family, so it is important to me that she receives the best care and attention available, which I believe is provided by SureCare managers and carers. She is very pleased with the care she receives, and I know that the "girls" take
very good care of her needs and wants, and I visit a few times a week, so that should there be any problems or difficulties, I can identify them and communicate with the manager so that they can be addressed as necessary and should there be a need for action to be taken then I am kept informed accordingly. She has had a few medical issues over the last year, but they have been dealt with sensibly, professionally and compassionately by all the team, and I am very grateful for that.
I had personal experience with the care SureCare provided myself some two years ago, so am familiar with their standards.

parents. They are happy again, being cared for in their own home, which was what they both wanted. The management team have been so kind and take the time to listen and understand their needs. All the carers at SureCare are excellent, and their manager ensures an extremely high quality of service. I would highly recommend this agency.

Thank you to the manager and the team for ensuring our greataunt, of 100-years-old, was able to spend her final years in her home and be cared for around the clock. The team did an amazing job, and my hat goes off to their patience and resilience, plus doing such a fantastic job in tough times. I admire
you all, and a special mention to two members of staff within the carers team. I would recommend anyone looking for good care with a personal touch to consider this amazing business. Thank you to you all.

The owner and her team of carers are just lovely. My mum, with early-onset Alzheimer's, loves her carers and is thriving under their care.
