Sure Care staff cared for my Dad in Kendal , including end of life care in July 2025.
I found the process of looking for a care company such a big responsibility , but I need not have worried .
Sure Care staff treated my Dad so well , giving individualised care planning and providing care with such kindness , respect , empathy , lifting my Dads mood , care given with dignity , whilst maintaining his ability to be as independent as possible for as long as possible , my Dad was very anxious about having carers initially ,but soon got used to them , staff giving quality care at all times including at the end of life.
I will be forever grateful to all the Team they also supported my Mum and us as a whole family.

Could not have asked for more from Sure Care , I felt very lucky to have picked Sure Care to provide care calls to my Dad , and would highly recommend them , everyone wishes for the best care for family and we definitely received that , Special thanks to all.

Overall Experience

SureCare have provided care for my mother for the last few years and are a very reliable care firm. All the carers are friendly and caring and treat us with respect. They have done a very good job, especially under difficult circumstances over the last 12 months.

Overall Experience

I am really happy with SureCare. They provide excellent service to my husband and myself. Nothing is too much trouble. The carers are like part of the family. The management is amazing too, always there to help and listen. My husband is challenging at times, but they treat him with respect and dignity. I do not know what we would do without them; my SureCare angles.

Overall Experience
I've just entered my 12th year with SureCare and I'm still receiving the same quality of care I've had since day one. My carers are always friendly and seem very happy to see me as I am to see them, whilst giving out the best care, respecting my dignity at all times. The office staff are also friendly and willing to help with any concerns I may have to the best of their ability. If my Dad or any other member of my family or friends needed care I would recommend Surecare without any hesitation.

Myself and Dad would be lost without them.
