I found the process of looking for a care company such a big responsibility , but I need not have worried .
Sure Care staff treated my Dad so well , giving individualised care planning and providing care with such kindness , respect , empathy , lifting my Dads mood , care given with dignity , whilst maintaining his ability to be as independent as possible for as long as possible , my Dad was very anxious about having carers initially ,but soon got used to them , staff giving quality care at all times including at the end of life.
I will be forever grateful to all the Team they also supported my Mum and us as a whole family.
Could not have asked for more from Sure Care , I felt very lucky to have picked Sure Care to provide care calls to my Dad , and would highly recommend them , everyone wishes for the best care for family and we definitely received that , Special thanks to all.
