Our carer has been fantastic - kind, punctual, always professional yet very warm and friendly. She has a great relationship with my mum and indeed, the whole household. Well done!

When I started with SureCare attending to me at home, I was very bad with my mobility and my standard of living wasn't much good, because I was fallen everywhere I go to. However, my way of living has been better since SureCare has been looking after me and I feel like a living person again, because their staff are very efficient, friendly, communicative, and very caring. They also follow the care plan and encourage me to be able to perform again.

Since using the care agency to support my mum, I've found the carers to be friendly, warm and caring. They look after my mum well, actively engage with her and give her the mental stimulation she needs. My mum enjoys the interaction she has with the carers. In addition, the team in the office respond to emails really quickly and provide a good level of customer service.

Always very caring and kind. Dad is treated with respect and dignity his needs are always very well met. If we ever need to contact anyone they are always available and very helpful.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. And they are fantastic support for dad, who enjoys spending time with them (and he was initially very reluctant to have any carers, but they have really won him over with their kindness).

Mum has support twice daily for medication prompt and this seems to work well. Mum is very happy with her carers and prefers the new times of 9am and 6pm.

I am very happy with the regular, but intermittent care provided by Surecare and what has really impressed me is the extent to which staff are supported by colleagues. A new carer was accompanied on multiple visits until she was comfortable dealing with my mum, who is very fragile and needs a lot of support with mobility and personal care. We also had visits just to ask how things are going. I know they are robust in their procedures and paperwork, having been reminded about POA documents I needed to send through. They have also been extremely accommodating when I have needed cover at short notice or for overnight respite care. I have worked with a number of agencies in the past but this one is right up there. We're very pleased.

Everyone is nice and when I had a bad carers stealing from mum. They sorted it and sacked her so they are helpful.

SureCare have provided an excellent live-in carer for my mother who is bed-bound and has increasing breathing difficulties. The carer is friendly, cheerful and competent. Whenever I drop by (unannounced), I often find her with my mother, rather than sitting downstairs.

She keeps me well informed about what groceries are needed and how my Mum is doing, physically and emotionally. She's also good at liaising with the district nursing team and carrying out their recommendations. And SureCare are good about keeping me informed about any changes to the care team.

We are pleased with the service provided by the main carer. She is kind, patient and advisable, and she makes my wife look presentable.

I have found the carers very kind and helpful. They listen to my requests and carry out their tasks in a caring manner. I am very satisfied with the help that I receive.

The Surecare team has consistently delivered a high quality and friendly service to my brother, from the day he first needed their help (over 15 years ago), right through to the day he passed away recently.

My mum was housebound from June 2022 after breaking her hip. The staff at surecare provided an excellent personal services 4 times a day, providing full care for her in a caring and considerate way. Mum loved her carers and built up a good relationship with them . The staff kept me well informed in all aspects of mum's care. I was listened to if I had any concerns and any issues were dealt with quickly. We cannot fault the care and service that was provided by Dave and his team right up until we sadly lost mum. They continued to support us even after mum was gone. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs carers for any family member.

We have generally been very happy and pleased with the service and care given by SureCare. They were very able to put my father at ease and to attend to his needs with dignity. The carers have always been very willing to do extra house chores (light) if asked. We have always found the office staff to be available and helpful whenever we have had need to contact them.
