SureCare have provided an excellent live-in carer for my mother who is bed-bound and has increasing breathing difficulties. The carer is friendly, cheerful and competent. Whenever I drop by (unannounced), I often find her with my mother, rather than sitting downstairs.


She keeps me well informed about

what groceries are needed and how my Mum is doing, physically and emotionally. She's also good at liaising with the district nursing team and carrying out their recommendations. And SureCare are good about keeping me informed about any changes to the care team.

My mum was housebound from June 2022 after breaking her hip. The staff at surecare provided an excellent personal services 4 times a day, providing full care for her in a caring and considerate way. Mum loved her carers and built up a good relationship with them . The staff kept me well informed in
all aspects of mum's care. I was listened to if I had any concerns and any issues were dealt with quickly. We cannot fault the care and service that was provided by Dave and his team right up until we sadly lost mum. They continued to support us even after mum was gone. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs carers for any family member.

I was extremely happy when my mother had carers from SureCare they give 100% care and the carers my mother had were fantastic they were kind, gentle never enough they wouldn't do and they often helped me in my needs. First class many thanks.

We have generally been very happy and pleased with the service and care given by SureCare. They were very able to put my father at ease and to attend to his needs with dignity. The carers have always been very willing to do extra house chores (light) if asked. We have always found the office staff to
be available and helpful whenever we have had need to contact them. Any issues that we have had to raise have been attended to and resolved promptly. Thank you.

Myself and my husband approached Surecare to provide carers for my mum in law over a year ago. After a thorough review of her needs we began her care and despite a couple of hiccups in the beginning with getting the right care team in place we found Surecare was the right agency to use. The staff are
all professional, approachable and will ensure that the needs of your loved one are met at all times. They accommodate any changes that are required to ensure the right carers were placed with my mum in law. It was about meeting her where she was at each time so the carers could support her independence as much as possible. My mum in law had a wonderful relationship with the carers who brought out the best in her. The carers were always professional, polite and were able to support her needs and changes. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much for delivering such a fantastic service!

My carers are kind and caring. Some can't cook english breakfast but they learn. I can't thank the care team enough as they provide a wonderful service and I feel very cared for.

We are extremely happy with the service we receive, and have received for the last 11 months.
All the carers and office staff are extremely kind and helpful, putting the clients first.
We are particularly happy with the main carer we have had since the beginning, continuing the rehab that was started
in the care home.

I used SureCare for my husband over seven years for sit in service and personal care. The staff at SureCare office were always so helpful nothing too much trouble. The carers were professional, very thorough in their work, we mainly had a husband and wife but also other carers who were all so good at
their work, who put my husband at ease, which was a comfort.
