I am very happy with the regular, but intermittent care provided by Surecare and what has really impressed me is the extent to which staff are supported by colleagues. A new carer was accompanied on multiple visits until she was comfortable dealing with my mum, who is very fragile and needs a lot of support with mobility and personal care. We also had visits just to ask how things are going. I know they are robust in their procedures and paperwork, having been reminded about POA documents I needed to send through. They have also been extremely accommodating when I have needed cover at short notice or for overnight respite care. I have worked with a number of agencies in the past but this one is right up there. We're very pleased.
Thank you, Ms Lesley, for your nice words. It is a pleasure to support Mum. It really means a lot when the staff is appreciated for their effort. We will do our best to continue and enhance our quality of service.
SureCare have provided an excellent live-in carer for my mother who is bed-bound and has increasing breathing difficulties. The carer is friendly, cheerful and competent. Whenever I drop by (unannounced), I often find her with my mother, rather than sitting downstairs.
She keeps me well informed about what groceries are needed and how my Mum is doing, physically and emotionally. She's also good at liaising with the district nursing team and carrying out their recommendations. And SureCare are good about keeping me informed about any changes to the care team.
We're delighted to hear that you're happy with the care and support your mother is receiving. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we're so pleased to hear that you feel well supported and informed. It means a great deal to us to...
From office to home SureCare provides a seamless service of quality and professionalism at all times. Their answers are always 'yes of course'; nothing is too much trouble. I am a very fortunate client.
Mum has been having visits from SureCare for six months now, whilst I am at work. Mum is not always the easiest person to work with but the carers have all shown kindness, patience, understanding and empathy. Mum's wants and needs have always been met. SureCare has always been able to provide cover, sometimes at very short notice. They have kept to the same carers (the ones mum likes the most) and will inform me which carer is coming. So I can prepare Mum. Very happy with the service, and highly recommend it.
I have been using SureCare carers now for nearly four years and find the majority of them very kind and do whatever I require. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but all is sorted now. There is a bit of a language barrier with some of them, but I'll manage. Most of them are all very friendly and kind.
I am impressed and glad to receive kind and considerate care. All the carers are polite, cheerful and do what I need. The manager keeps me informed of any changes.
Very impressed with the speed of response to our sudden emergency needs and then the service provided. Efficient, very understanding and nice to deal with and then the carer provided was exceptional and went above and beyond. Much better than expected all-round. Still using the services as very happy.
I have been so impressed by the standard of care provided. It has been a hugely stressful time for our family as my elderly parents had multiple crises all at the same time, and my sister had to mobilise in-home care at very short notice. Knowing my parents were looked after was a huge relief, and the carer truly went the extra mile in terms of tasks carried out and flexibility. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Highly efficient assessment of my mother's needs (elderly care, food preparation and serving, laundry, medication assistance and personal hygiene) led to the setting-up of 4 care visits a day, initially. Carers I have met have appeared eager to master what is involved with looking after my 93-year-old mother; carers and supervisor are equally pleasant, discreetly helpful and properly focused on the job at hand. Communication has been excellent in this tight-knit small care agency. After receipt of the invoice, notice is given before a direct debit is taken so that a deduction due to direct payment may be made.
My husband has dementia and needs help with dressing and personal care. The regular carers are caring and competent in their work and he is very happy with the service they provide. Also, the night carers are able and experienced in dealing with his needs when he wakes up sometimes during the night.
I have been very happy with the care Mum receives from SureCare. They are reliable, flexible and always go above and beyond to accommodate us. They are always happy to help us last minute when needed and definitely have Mum's best interests at heart. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for good quality care. Thank you, SureCare.
I am very pleased with my experience from SureCare. My carer is always smiling and cheers me up when I am "down in the dumps"
Surecare provides both live-in and 'drop-in' support to my parents. Their focus on ensuring my parents are cared for and treated with dignity at all times is appreciated. Whilst the admin support team is now growing, the management team retain a very hands-on approach and are very caring and supportive to both my parents and me. Their proactive and professional approach in implementing their processes and giving advice when we had a potential Covid-19 contact for the household supported us all through what fortunately was a 'non-event' for us all. The potential contact was not from the agency. As we have now been with the agency for almost 18-months, our joint understanding of the skills and personality that a live-in carer needs to work well with what can be quite a demanding situation has grown to help with a suitable parent to carer matches. This is a team that you can rely on and communicate effectively with.
Agency is professional and carers are friendly, they are flexible and change visiting times when needed, someone is always a phone call away to answer any queries and provide help. They provided emotional support during the lockdown.
Thank you for your nice words, we do our best to exceed your expectations.
This has been my first experience of care providers, and I have been very impressed by the quality of care supplied by SureCare Richmond, especially in these difficult times. The carers are friendly and reliable and go out of their way to be helpful, sympathetic and supportive of the service user. I have found the management to be easy to contact, efficient and genuinely caring of their clients.
Thank you for your kind words, this nice feedback is what keeps us going.
My parents were reluctant at first to have help at home, but once they had met their wonderful carers and had settled into the routine, they have had nothing but praise for them. Their daily help has been invaluable for my parents and so very reassuring for me. Their attention, care and thoughtfulness have been second to none. Thank you from all of us.
Thank you for sharing your lovely experience. Our carers are wonderful because we have incredible clients. It has been a great privilege for SureCare Richmond to support Mum and Dad at this time. Sincerely, we are here to support whenever you need us to.
Professional and caring staff who have been providing care for our mum. She is very happy with the care she receives. We are kept informed at all times if there are any concerns at all.
I found the manager and her team very helpful and professional. The charges were fair and reasonable and all appointments were kept on time. I would classify SureCare as an honest and reliable company.
We have been totally satisfied with the care provided by SureCare - it has always been punctual; it is friendly and very efficient and effective. These comments apply equally to the manager and staff. This is the first time we have had needed to use a care organization and the help and support have exceeded our expectations.
Carers are very considerate and patient.
