Surecare has been operating since 1994 and is one of the oldest domiciliary care providers in England. The branch awarded a CQC rating of ‘Good’ in all areas in October 2022, showing the high quality & standards they keep.
Surecare has also been selected by Surrey County Council and Kingston Council to be one of the main providers on their Preferred Supplier List.
Services include Domiciliary care visits, Live-in care, Respite care, Dementia care and complex care for Adults.
Service also includes support for children with complex care needs and learning disabilities, traditional childcare, babysitting, mobile crèches and holiday care.
All Carers are fully trained, rigorously DBS checked and vetted.
The online portal monitors carer training, visits and medication. This means you will have confidence, safety and security knowing that your carers are trained and delivering the highest levels of care that are to be expected by CQC, Surecare and more importantly, YOU.
Staff ensure that clients and family remain at the heart of care planning, enabling them to retain dignity and self-confidence whilst continuing to enjoy the respect of others.

The service SureCare Kingston have provided to my daughter has enabled her to start University - this would not have been possible without their help. The PA's allocated to my daughter have provided sensitive social care support and are enabling her to develop independent living skills and to develop her personal care skills. The PA's are ensuring that she is well-cared for, that she is taking her medication and their support is giving her the confidence to live away from home for the first time in 19 years. We are so pleased with the support she has received as it has enabled us, as parents, to feel safe in the knowledge that our daughter is happy and well-looked after both physically and emotionally. Thank you to the Kingston Team!

I have found the carers kind and patient and very caring with my wife. The carers always attend on time and engage with my wife and myself and listen to us.
