My father has a significant disability with MS and is unable to move at all.
He is relatively young to have such a debilitating condition and has coped extremely well.
What he does struggle with, is poor performance from a service provider. He expects to be treated with dignity, respect and most importantly, a good quality of care.
He has had several different care providers in the past 10 years, and several of them have withdrawn their care.
Dad has a physical disability, but he still has a voice and an opinion.
When dad was highlighting other care providers shortfalls, it was not appreciated, and subsequently, this is when they withdrew their care.
For the first time in 10 years, dad has expressed his satisfaction with a care provider, namely SureCare.

I am delighted to write this testimonial and to express my gratitude to the manager and her team for making my dad's condition tolerable again.

Very pleased with Care and service given so far. Can’t comment on much else as I haven’t been using this service for long, also can’t comment on value for money, as haven’t had the first invoice yet. So far so good no complaints and my Mother seems happy

with it. She seems to like the different Carers although did say that sometimes she has a ‘schoolgirl’ who must be on school holidays,! I have assured her that isn’t the case.
