Croydon Home Help Ltd, trading as SureCare Croydon and Sutton, is a family run business established in 2001. SureCare mission is to deliver person-centred care to individuals living in their own homes to maintain their quality of life, promote their independence and protect their dignity.

Passionate about empowering people to take an active role in planning their own care, SureCare believes that care should be designed around individuals. Also recognise the vital role that family members and nominated representatives play in providing effective support.

SureCare aim to provide a tailored package of care and support that contributes to the overall health and wellbeing of Service Users. This includes personal care, oral and dental care, blood pressure checks, medication administration, prompting and collection, grooming, housework, escort services, companionship, cultural support (values, beliefs and support to places of worship), food preparation, LGBTQ+ support, feeding and walking of pets, shopping, sit in services, rehabilitation services and end of live care.

Carers are professionally trained to recognise any changes in an individual’s care needs and to promptly inform the relevant parties. This ensures that, with the Service User’s consent, a person-centred review can be arranged to maintain the highest standard of care. SureCare always strive to go the extra mile, supporting people to achieve their goals with respect, dignity, and independence.

SureCare Croydon and Sutton is committed to respecting and upholding each person’s cultural values and preferences. To ensure this, SureCare follows a robust recruitment process and provide comprehensive in-house induction training before staff begin delivering care. SureCare continuously monitor and improve it's performance by engaging with Service Users, their families, friends, and advocates to ensure satisfaction and quality in everything.

I am beyond grateful that SureCare looked after my mother over the past few years. The two main carers always went beyond what was expected of them and she was so lucky to receive such a kind and caring service. Their support to me especially in her final days was faultless.
The office has been so
helpful in communicating with me about any concerns or issues raised.
I would without a shadow of a doubt recommend Surecare to anyone in need of a care service.

Surecare have cared for and supported my stepmother from April 2021 until October 2024 in her home. She has unfortunately had to relocate to a Dementia Nursing home as despite support received now requires 24 hour nursing care in a safe environment.
Right from the start Surecare has tailored their
care and support to her individual needs. It has been a partnership between both the carers , their management team and family in that caring support.
I have no hesitation in recommending and thanking Surecare Croydon for all the care and support given in her home plus support to her family.

Have had a great experience all around with SureCare. My mum is very happy with her main carers and others who visit. She says she is lucky.
One of the staff members always keeps the office informed of any issues with medication running low and other problems. The office is so helpful and will contact
the right team if any medical issues arise giving me peace of mind if I’m not around.
I appreciate the carers are doing a great job with limited time.
I have dropped shopping off and found things in perfect order after lunchtime calls.
Obviously, there will be the odd hiccup but communication is key and easily sorted!

I was very impressed indeed with the care given to my elderly father and mother through Surecare. The carers themselves often went beyond the call of duty and exceeded expectations in what were sometimes difficult circumstances. The managers were consistently helpful and flexible, particularly around
hospital stays and the consequential short-notice changes. I found them all to be reliable and adaptable in providing care and support. It is fair to say that I could not have managed without them.
