Excellent service and very professional team!
I've had a great experience with Hamid and Sure Care Team! The team is always professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They communicate clearly, respond quickly, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. It's clear they
really care about their clients and take pride in their work also my career Nargis was excellent.
Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care services in London!

Following a recent hospital stay SureCare was very quick to respond when I found myself back home and unable to manage things on my own. I would like to thank the team for giving me peace of mind that I can be cared for at home rather than remaining in hospital. All needs are catered for whether it's
cleaning and laundry, personal care or collecting a prescription or some shopping. Would highly recommend.

My mother-in-law's care has been outstanding. She had a stroke earlier this year, and her mobility has been limited. Two carers in particular have been amazing because my mum-in-law now feels more positive about living, and I can't thank them enough. Thank you very very much.

Following a serious leg injury and being immobile for several weeks, I asked SureCare to help assist me with my daily living needs. The care manager was truly excellent in understanding my needs and finding a suitable carer, organising a visit and getting the help started for me immediately. Communication
was also excellent throughout. The carer who visited to help me 3x a week was very nice and patient, assisting me with tasks for my own personal care that I was unable to carry out with my injury as well as helping with the jobs around the house that I was unable to do (cleaning, washing, cooking etc).

We're so grateful to the manager and the team at SureCare. My aunt has epilepsy, and her carers have been incredible at managing her condition and ensuring her safety. Since joining SureCare, she feels more confident and has even joined a local sewing group. It's been life-changing for her.

I cannot thank SureCare Central London enough for the exceptional care they've provided for my dad. With a young family, it had been difficult for me to juggle looking after my own family and arranging things for dad. So glad, the Palliative nurse recommended the manager. She is good with capturing
nuances, thank you! Dad's main carer is fantastic. I don't know how she does it, given dad is not his best self most days.

Thank you, Manager, for making sure my mother-in-law is looked after well by your team. She looks very healthy now. She hadn't showered for 8 months now because of her dementia and challenging behaviour. Thank you to a particular staff member and other carers for looking after Mother. It's now nice
to take my kids around to visit Mother. Thank you.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.8 (9.779) out of 10 for SureCare Central London is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.8 out of 5 from 8 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.979 for SureCare Central London is calculated as follows: ( (47 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 48 Ratings = 4.979
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

    The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for SureCare Central London is based on 8 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 4.8
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
