We had to arrange a care package for my wife's elderly mother at very short notice when she was being discharged from hospital following surgery after a fall. She was 89. From the initial contact with Peter to the first visit by Sharon ( SureCare Manager ) to assess needs and get core information re my mother-in-laws home the service was outstanding. Once the care requirements were established the actual service provided was exceptional with lovely carers and a very professional approach to meet all needs. When a change of carer was needed for whatever reason the new member of staff was always introduced by a known face which was very important to my mother in law. Fortunately support was only needed for a period of 6 weeks until there was a full return to independent living. The package provided could probably be best described as support rather than care and was exactly what was required.
