Surecare provide a great service. I can always able to contact them. They are flexible in providing additional visits at short notice. Keep a good check on wellbeing and provide feedback if need arrives. Additionally all the staff are very kind.

We have an absolutely fantastic young man who has been taking care of my mum. He has shown nothing but care and respect for her. Very sincere and polite young. Always busy helping my mother. Always cleaning.

Care home is one of the best care homes in Kettering Corby. In all fields including management, staff are well qualified, in simple words I can say that it is one of the best care homes in Corby, Kettering. Excellent.

Excellent service from first call enquiring about our care. Home visit very informative, every detail explained, given time to ask questions, made sure I was happy with what I was being offered. Followed up after I was home, making sure I was happy with care. Would certainly use service again if needed.

Living on my own and only having my daughter to look after me for three days after my total hip replacement, I contacted the hospital to see if they could recommend a care company and they gave me the telephone number of SureCare.
I was interviewed in my own home by a caring and informative consultant
and we sorted out exactly what I needed and started my care the day my daughter went home. I was looked after in a dignified and caring manner by my carer, who did exactly what I needed, couldn’t fault her work at all and in fact when her ten days were up I really missed her.

I have had SureCare since June into July now, several weeks cover. The staff have been amazing, very friendly and professional at all times. Each carer has given good care levels and at my pace, not rushed, which is so good. Any other jobs I requested, like cleaning or taking shopping, have been great.
Organised in advance, making sure they cover everything required and more, again no rushing.
I found that the head staff visit and cover lots of regulations to make me feel protected against rules that could be broken by others. It is a very professional company and can adapt to individual needs really well. Have expanded my help from them to cover things like gardening, shopping, appointment support and transport by carers, paying only mileage fees. I'm very proud to have been looked after by such high standards in every part of my care, with family settings taken into account in our home.
