SureCare have provided care services for my mum for over 18 months. During this time the number of care calls a day has varied, but SureCare have always accommodated our requests, even going over and above at times to help fulfil my mothers care needs. Having a small care team really worked well for my mum, she was comfortable knowing who to expect and when for her care calls. Communication from both management and care staff has been both comprehensive and caring. The carers treated my mum with dignity and respect and were very caring. Time keeping for care calls was also impressive, and if they were going to be delayed for any reason communication was made to alert us to this. I would 100% recommend SureCare's services.

All carers I have had, had been very good. They always treat me with dignity, and have allowed me to continue living on my own home. I would recommend them to anyone who needed them.

Staff polite and courteous

The staff who visit are kind and very helpful. I feel very confident that my father is being well looked after and any problems are quickly raised with me. The office team are equally responsive and interested in providing the support we need.

The support we receive is excellent all round. The carers are caring and careful, courteous and flexible. The management deals calmly and effectively with all eventualities. And experience has provided the service with a comprehensive understanding of their client's needs.

Everyone at SureCare has all ways been very helpful caring and kind doing all they can to help us. I would recommend them to anyone who needs caring help. They are always on time and look after my husband very well.

My carer visits me 3 times daily - 9:15 AM (1 hour), 5:30 PM (1 & a half hours) and 8:30 PM (1 & a half hours). The visits are always on time - as per her schedule.

SureCare looked after my mum until she died, then my dad. The carers were always kind and cheerful. No task was too much. My dad really loved his carers' visits. The management staff also were very caring and efficient. Every time there was a change of circumstance, SureCare happily adapted to suit my dad's needs. They gave him and the family peace of mind up to his final days.

SureCare were amazing when we had to unexpectedly care for relatives who became unwell while visiting overseas. The manager was so supportive and helpful and went above and beyond what was expected of a care manager. The carers she sent in to support were competent, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend SureCare Colchester and Braintree.

My carer visits half an hour every morning and every evening. He is efficient, gets my breakfast and cleans up after the night (making the bed etc.), gets my breakfast and checks the windows etc. In the evening he prepares the bathroom and bedroom for bedtime. This pampering is due to my being disabled due to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. Doing his four and a half hours cleaning he does what he can cleaning. I am entirely satisfied with his performance.
