We believe it is important to clarify that the carers supported Mum until her condition deteriorated resulting in a hospital admission. We have supported clients at home through to the end of their lives. On this occasion, hospital admission was at the recommendation of medical advice, not that of the carers.

Our carers have access to key safe information at all times via a secure app. We understand this was an isolated incident due to a lack of network in the area, which was promptly resolved when the carer contacted our out-of-hours service and was provided with the necessary information.
