The service provided was quite good. My mother being an ex-doctor, had quite exacting requirements regarding her care. At first, there were some points of irritation between her and the carers, but it helped that written guidance was provided explaining how she preferred her personal care. Once she realised that they were following what she wanted, and got familiar with regular carers she settled well. Her irritation could be explained due to her longstanding high levels of pain, and having been a very experienced health professional, she always regarded herself as the best person to treat herself. In the end, it was the advice of the carers that she could not be helped by them that led to her final hospitalisation.

Thank you for your feedback, this is much appreciated and has been shared with the team. We believe it is important to clarify that the carers supported Mum until her condition deteriorated resulting in a hospital admission. We have supported clients at home through to the end of their lives. On this occasion, hospital admission was at the recommendation of medical advice, not that of the carers.

The care staff are very good. Language barriers are sometimes a problem.
Mum is deaf- if the carers could speak slower and louder, this would help.
Also, there have been issues with the key safe number not being given out. Maybe if this is given out before coming, it would help.

Overall, the care has been good.

Thank you for your feedback; this is much appreciated and has been shared with the team. Our carers have access to key safe information at all times via a secure app. We understand this was an isolated incident due to a lack of network in the area, which was promptly resolved when the carer...

The care my mum had was peace of mind for our family, they came four times a day and always had my mum's best interests at heart. Can’t fault them. They run a good service, from giving Mum her medication to helping her out with food if required.

It was a pleasure dealing with all members of the SureCare team. From the initial assessment to the visits, the team were thorough, respectful and very attentive to Dad’s needs while he got back on his feet and recovered from a major medical event. Provided much-needed support for the family too and would not hesitate to use it again.

SureCare was great in caring for my dad between July and October 2022, ensuring he had the best quality of life and ability to remain in his home rather than moving to care homes etc.

The management team were great and always available to talk through any questions and issues to come to quick conclusions.

Overall, the experience is good; the carers work very hard to look after my dad and carter for his needs. I live 30 miles away from him, so it's good to know he is in good hands.
I get updates when needed and feel that my opinions or concerns are acknowledged and actioned.

The carers are helpful in terms of his medical care and always update me on his needs, and recently, questioned some new meds that I was able to clarify with doctors.

All staff and care workers were excellent and outstanding in their duties of care. Always provided great care for our mum. all the staff were diligent with timings and there on time, which always gave us peace of mind, and if there was ever a time when this wasn’t the case, we would be informed promptly.
The care provided was brilliant, and our mum knew most of the caregivers, and slowly, but surely, if there was a new member visiting mum, they would always try and patiently accommodate her needs, and even with the language barrier, every effort was made to try and ease the communication.

The staff went above and beyond on occasions with us to try and make everything for our mum comfortable and manageable.

Thank you very much for the kind words. We are really pleased that our carers are truly making a positive difference. Mum is dearly missed by those who worked closely with her. Thank you for choosing SureCare Tameside.

Wonderful service.
Myself and my uncle would be lost without SureCare services. He can stay happily at home with the help of SureCare giving him his medications every day.

Thanks to all the staff and careers.

My dad is very happy with SureCare and is happy to continue with them. They stay much, much longer than the previous company and actually talk to him, make him food and help with other things around the house. Thank you.

Great company to deal with, always tried to accommodate extra hours. Manager visited before care started and explained the care package. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The carer was the same carer throughout the contract and was a great support to both me and my father.

My mum only received care from SureCare for a few weeks in 2021 on the lead up to her moving home. In those few weeks, I found the area manager exceptionally caring and one who showed great interest in making sure Mum received the right care and the care staff, in general, I found to be friendly, helpful and just overall provided the required standard of care my mum needed at that time.

SureCare team delivers first-class care to my mother.
My mum moved to Northwest from Leicester, and one of her main worries was the quality of care that she would receive when she is in Northwest, particularly the language need for her to communicate with her carer. Mum needed a care company that could provide Gujrati speaking carers so that she can get all the personal care as well as phycological support from an experienced and caring team.
The manager and his team, especially three members of staff, have supported Mum throughout this year.
SureCare team are very helpful, always on time and ready to help!

Thank you all at SureCare, and we would defiantly recommend anyone requiring caring needs for themselves or their loved ones.

I cannot thank the manager and the team for the wonderful care given to Mum. Nothing was too much trouble, not only when carrying out personal care but also speaking to her and explaining what they were going to do.
If all the staff have their ethos, then you can't go wrong. It is just a shame that we didn't have more time to use the service.
I would happily recommend your company to anyone who needs assistance with their loved ones.

Thanks; once again.

Mum received excellent care in the weeks leading up to her moving into a care home, when it was decided she required 24 hour care. Her regular carer visited 3 times a day and Mum looked forward to seeing her and enjoyed the chats that they had. It felt to all of us that it was a friend who was looking after her and we are very grateful for everything that she did for our Mum.
