Having trained in domiciliary care, mental health care and suicide prevention I worked alongside care managers and co-ordinators as the company’s Quality Lead. It is with great pleasure and pride I have been offered the position of Care Manager, and I work closely with the registered manager to ensure the quality of Surecare’s care is second to none. With a background of ten years in law, three years in distribution, and now four years in care, I bring organisational experience and a passion for perfection that makes me a valued member of the Surecare family.

I was invited by the Director Hasina to join the vibrant SureCare (Bolton) team in 2019 and have been proud to serve the team and local community ever since. In my quality monitoring role, I specialise as a medication lead, working closely with care staff, office colleagues, family members and other professionals to oversee and ensure our service users receive appropriate support with managing their medications safely and effectively.
