My experience with Surecare has been excellent. Good communication and caring and compassionate management.

I'd just like to mention the help I received today from Leon. SureCare has recently installed a portal where you can check in, see which Carer is visiting and when, see the Carer's notes and what care is being implemented at each time of day. I was struggling to get this set up and while I was at my daughter's home which is near the office, Leon very kindly offered to come out and help. This made a big difference. It was set up within minutes. Thank you, Leon for your kindness! I really appreciate the continuity of the Carers to visit my Mum each day. I think it's important when possible to have the same face, the service user is then able to feel relaxed and comfortable with the same Carer and trust can be built, something that is very important. Thank you Leon and the SureCare team for providing a very positive experience and understanding, allowing people to continue living in their own homes and be cared for.

The care given has been quite good; they have been friendly, but at times I feel that I have to say what needs to be done, and at times this becomes frustrating, even though they should know what needs to be done. However, I'm appreciative of the care they give to me. I must say that there is a carer who performs all tasks that support me.

Carers have been consistently caring, approachable, friendly and responsive. Our only concern is the timing of the tea time visit sometimes. It is because of medication involving hypoglycemic and the importance not going more than 12 hours until the morning visit and breakfast. Generally we are very satisfied with the service provided.

We would recommend sure care all the carers are lovely and thoughtful. They are always kind to mum they help with all her needs and are always considerate to mums needs. We are kept unform if mum is unhappy or upset as she has alzheimers her mood can change .If extra care is needed their always very helpful they have been a big help to our family and can't thank them enough.

I have excellent care from SureCare. My carer comes 9am and undressed me after I have washed my private parts. And helps me use commode. Then dresses me for day usually in something attractive. Then gives me a cup of tea. Then walks me to my chair and gives me my toast breakfast. Three times day she changes my pad. She makes me get in bed by eight pm and covers me over for night.

My experience has been very very good my carer comes and does lots for me from washing my back and legs, to complete body, carer then makes my breakfast and cup of tea and places me in chair to relax and lets me catch up with sleep that I haven't had during night. I am unable to know how I would manage without this care. It's excellent. Also she dressed me in suitable clothes.

Overall, the SureCare team delivers an outstanding standard of care. Their commitment, reliability, and genuine compassion make a real difference. I would highly recommend SureCare Bolton to anyone seeking quality care services for their loved ones.

SureCare provided a first class service when caring for my brother. They cared for him for many years until he passed away last year. Care was dignified, empathetic and loving. I cannot thank them enough for making his last few years comfortable. We never once complained because they got it right from the beginning. We had a horrible time with a previous agency and SureCare was recommended . Thank you to everyone for everything that you did, we will never forget the years you gave.

I am very happy with the service I am getting, the carers. They have made my life worth living. I look forward to the carer coming, to have a little chat. So I am very happy with all my c=regular carers that come and I appreciate your service very much.

During carers visits the patience, shown and kindness are evident and appreciated. Although a number of carers are new to us and arrive late for visits this has impact on meal times and other matters relating to care. Management to do their best to deliver the service. However distance between users can effect the productivity and distress at times. Overall the service is genuine and wiling to support needs.

My uncle has been receiving care for 7 years and has had one consistent carer. The carer has been amazing and I have been treated with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend SureCare to anyone looking for person centred care.

I would recommend sure care as a professional company putting the client's needs at the center. The carers are very caring, empathetic and build a good rapport with my mum , always contacting me if there are any concerns. The company ensures there is adequate cover when normal carers are unwell or on holiday and that the carers meet my mum's needs.

I am absolutely over the moon with tasleem and sadia thay are both fantastic carers and looking after my mum I also like bernadette she also comes to my mums house to bring mar chart and have a little chat with my mum and myself if I am there.

Sure care agency is a very professional agency and has dealt with my mother with great passion, integrity and dignity. They are very punctual, caring and deliver a very personalized care. I've been with surecare as a service user for a few months now and they've been nothing but helpful, courteous and kind throughout. Donna, Saba, Hafsa, Ayesha, Sidia, Esha, Anmol are some of the carers I've had. I think I've missed some but every carer that comes to help me at home have been brilliant and i'm grateful for them all.
