Review from Marilyn W (Wife of Client) published on 29 March 2023 Submitted via Website • Report
Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My husband was cared for by SureCare for four months until he passed away. He couldn’t have had better carers; they treated him with such respect and dignity and always managed to get a smile from him even though he was nonverbal.
They always talked to me and asked if I was ok.
But for SureCare, I
would not have been able to keep him in his own home until he passed away.
Thank you, and keep up the good work.
Reply from Hasina Anwar, Registered Manager at SureCare (Bolton)Thank you so much for your wonderful and kind words.
Your husband was an amazing person, the girls had nothing but high praise for him, and he is dearly and missed by all.
We are delighted that SureCare were able to give him and yourself the much-needed comfort, care, dignity and respect in his final weeks.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review; it is greatly appreciated when the staff are recognised for all their efforts and compassion. We will pass on your feedback to the care staff.

    The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for SureCare (Bolton) is based on 34 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 5
