I've been with surecare as a service user for a few months now and they've been nothing but helpful, courteous and kind throughout. Donna, Saba, Hafsa, Ayesha, Sidia, Esha, Anmol are some of the carers I've had. I think I've missed some but every carer that comes to help me at home have been brilliant and i'm grateful for them all.

Sure Care certainly delivers what they offer on the website and a bit more. After mum used a previous care company who let her down in many ways she didn't feel safe. So we tried Sure Care and from the very beginning they were kind understanding and most of all did what they promised, being polite, punctual, friendly and accessible I would certainly recommend Sure Care if you want people who really do care.

I just want to say thank you to all at sure care Bolton, this is my second review now.. Due to my circumstances I asked them if I could have a regular carer instead of the usual mix of carers in the week. They agreed and now I have my regular carer, she is very keen to do her job and make sure that everything is done and taken care of properly. She will show concern if she thinks something needs addressing, health wise. It is very hard to find some one that genuinley cares like this. I'm extremely happy and again, thank you to one staff member in particular and everyone else who made this possible for me.

We have been very impressed with SureCare over the last 18 months They have provided consistent care for our relative by sending the same carer four times a day six days a week This has helped to develop a good relationship between our relative and also with ourselves. One staff member is caring, kind, reliable, conscientious, efficient and hard working He is a great asset to the company

My mum wants to pass on how grateful she was for the service when my dad was dying. Everyone treated him with respect and dignity (as well as humour, which he appreciated). The carers were reliable and punctual, and helped my mum get through the most difficult period of her life.

I would like to thank SureCare for providing me with an excellent carer, I have been with same carer since November 2020, they have provided me with excellent care and always goes that extra mile to make sure all my daily living activities and mobility care are of excellent standard and I am happy with them being my carer and with SureCare being my care provider, all my caring and mobility needs are provided by the carer from SureCare who understands all my multiple chronic illnesses and always making sure am safe and sound and am happy, thank you

We have always had a very positive experience from the company and especially from one staff member in particular who has been attending to my uncle's needs for many years. we can rely on him and the other colleagues for assistance as they have the necessary experience in dealing with my uncle.

My father has been receiving care from SureCare for over 18months now and the service has been excellent. We love how we have had a consistent carer who has been excellent in what he does. He has put our fears at rest and always provides updates when needed. Knowing that a loved one is in good hands is invaluable and puts the mind at ease. Thank you for the consistent high standard of care SureCare.

The carer and her colleagues have looked after my Mum for the past few months, they treat her with respect & dignity at all times, are polite and always happy to help. They have built up a good rapport not only with my Mum, but myself too, informing me of anything I may need to know and checking in with me. This gives me peace of mind when I am working or away as I know my Mum is safe & well looked after.

I want to say how satisfied we are with the care we receive on a daily basis but I especially want to praise one carer who allows me to have a few hours social every Saturday Without his care and attention life would be so difficult It's nice to be able to trust someone to look after him Thank you

From the moment Surecare came to attend my wife who has a number of issues affecting her health the carers have been amazing. Nothing is to much trouble so helpful and attentive with patience made my wife's daily needs a lot less stressful. As the carers that have known my wife and myself for some time have always gone the extra mile for us especially three of them and not forgetting the office staff thank you all for you kindness and caring long may it continue the newest carers are also very supportive

My experience of this service has been positive from the very begining. Liaising with management to organise package of care that suited mums needs in her own home was made easy. The service went the extra mile, very person centred with the clients welfare and happiness at the core of what they do. Flexible and accommodating and I have nothing but thanks for the job they all do.

I am happy with the carers and happy with Surecare. There are certain carers that go above and beyond and interact with my husband. I have a good set of carers and I would like to stick with my current carers.

It is sadness that my husband passed away last week, but right up to end my husband and myself could not praise the day staff enough for all they did and the CARE they gave him, they could see the pain he was suffering but every so gentle and telling my husband what they were going to do next. Always Polite smile on their faces and my husband would have a laugh were he could. Also the night staff, we really really appreciated all that you did for my husband, and with your care and thoughtfulness you made his days on earth bearable. Thank you.

I am well looked and cared for by the carer, he is very helpful in all my needs .He is prompt with his timing and respectful of other peoples shortcomings .He is a good and thoughtful carer and family man

I cannot thank Sure Care enough for their professionalism and the service they have provided to my father these last months at home. Special heartfelt thanks goes to two members of staff, in particular, for their kindness, and care not only to dad; but their kind concern and consideration to close family also. Thank you all.

Surecare provided care for the last 18 months for my mother-in-law, visiting 4 times a day to attend to all of her personal care needs. She has now sadly passed away. We would like to thank all the carers and management for all of their support through some very challenging and difficult circumstances. They all showed great respect, kindness and empathy.

The SureCare team were a godsend when my father needed care at home. We started with a few hours a week but as my father became comfortable with the carers we increased the hours, eventually employing carers for the occasional few days of 24/7 care to enable his partner some respite. The flexibility of Surecare to meet our needs was second to none. The carers became friends with my father and he looked forward to their company. They never let us down and I would recommend their services without hesitation. Unfortunately, my father's needs became too complex and he now resides in a Residential Care home but prior to the recruitment of Surecare, for care and companionship at my father's home, was definitely the right decision.
