I started my career as a care assistant in 2006 and loved the difference I made in my service users’ lives. This incredible passion motivated me to pursue my career and develop further within my role. I worked my way up to Care Manager and then Registered Manager. In 2016, I bought SureCare Bolton and it was the best decision ever! More recently in May 2024, we acquired SureCare Trafford.
We have been going from strength to strength since then and I pride myself on the quality of our services.
We thrive on customer satisfaction, person-centred care and going over and beyond for our service users. My ethos is, the difference between ordinary and extraordinary, is that little extra! Over the years, we have successfully achieved awards for our growth, services and Quality, and the most recent one being rated as the Best Three Rated services in Bolton!
I am extremely proud of my office team, who have all worked their way up, starting as care assistants, to where they are today.
We are, and continue to be dedicated to delivering the best possible care, with passion, understanding, dignity and most importantly, with trained and compassionate care staff who are pivotal in the success of SureCare.

Leon Wright - Care Manager
I joined the Surecare family as a Quality Monitoring Officer in the Christmas period of 2021. I hit the ground running by showing I was caring and compassionate when Surecare was chosen to be a Bridging Service for social services. Having trained in domiciliary care, mental health care and suicide prevention I worked alongside care managers and co-ordinators as the company’s Quality Lead. It is with great pleasure and pride I have been offered the position of Care Manager, and I work closely with the registered manager to ensure the quality of Surecare’s care is second to none. With a background of ten years in law, three years in distribution, and now four years in care, I bring organisational experience and a passion for perfection that makes me a valued member of the Surecare family.
I am looking forward to bringing the same values and high-quality care, to SureCare Trafford that I do in SureCare Bolton.

I am a former driving instructor and quality assurance auditor who found a new calling in the care industry. After deciding on a career change, I joined SureCare Trafford in early 2024, despite having no prior background in care.
It was the best decision of my life.

Driven by my newfound passion for care, I’m committed to growing my career in this field. I believe in the power of compassion and teamwork, and I strive to make a positive impact in the community.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
I bring over 12 years of experience in Banking from Pakistan, where I developed strong interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills. In February 2023 I relocated to England and transitioned into the Care industry. This career shift was driven by my desire to make a meaningful impact on others' lives. Working directly with clients I found immense joy and fulfilment in contributing to their daily happiness and well-being.
My dedication and performance led to a promotion in May 2024, where I assumed the role of Senior Carer and assisted with HR. Having first-hand experience both in direct care and office management, I have gained a holistic understanding of how the business operates, enabling me to better serve both clients and staff.
I am fortunate to work with a fantastic team of managers and directors who share the same commitment to excellence. My goal is to continue providing the highest standard of care, ensuring all client's needs are met with compassion and professionalism. I look forward to many years of growth and success in this role, contributing positively to the lives of those we serve.
I began my care career in 2021 in my home country, Zimbabwe. With a degree in humanitarian work and experience with various charity organizations, I found fulfilling work at a residential home for children with disabilities and from marginalized societies. I grew to love caring for these children and all the responsibilities associated with the role.
When I moved to the UK, I sought to advance my career and transitioned into adult social care. As a care worker, I've enjoyed getting to know people, assisting them, and providing care. Now, in an administrative role, I'm able to contribute more broadly to the organization.
I'm truly happy in my current role. The dynamic nature of the work, balancing fieldwork and desk work, is stimulating. Even when it's challenging, I find the work rewarding. The flexible hours have allowed me to balance family life and pursue additional training to enhance my knowledge in the industry.
Abraham came from a law background where he represented different clients with their cases in the Court of law in his home country. However, after arriving in the UK to further his studies, he decided to take another turn towards the support of the vulnerable. He started his career as a Care Assistant in 2018 and developed further into a Senior Care Assistant and a Trainer.
Abraham was employed in SureCare Bolton to support the team with their training, ensuring competence and aiding their development in the role. However, he has also gone the extra mile in supporting the wider team in their roles using his transferrable skills. He has since acquired his PTLLS and still aims to achieve his Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
He is the Learning and Development Officer.
