Would just like to say Solema who looks after my mum is absolutely lovely she always has a happy aura around here and is so caring and patient as well me and my mum are always so happy to see here and if there is a problem she always gets in touch with me to let me know she is lovely

I can't rate this service or their carers highly enough. Care for my parents began after a hospital stay. Following an assessment from the discharge carers we were handed over to SureCare a few weeks later. From the initial meeting, this service stepped in like angels from heaven! Everyone has been
supportive, respectful and treated my parents so well. Nothing is too much trouble and the communication between them & us is excellent. The guy who comes in, in a morning and at teatime, is so caring towards them. He ensures my dad has taken his tablets, eaten, and also makes sure that other things are done to make them comfortable and 'how things used to be', like putting the TV on, a snack out, a short walk etc.At teatime, although he gets the dinner he treats my mum respectfully & encourages her to help him so that she feels valued and useful. He has built up a good rapport with them both and makes them smile. Their life has changed so much but SureCare has eased the transition. Thankyou

Excellent service from all members of staff, prompt, reliable, carers are first class.
My mum has live in carers. They treat mum with great care and respect.

After a stay in hospital in June '25 and ongoing health problems, my medical team recommended me to get a carer and my local authority assessed my needs. They suggested SureCare, who prepared a care plan for me.
Once the paperwork was completed I then had daily, morning visits from a carer, who
helped me with showering and washing.
The carer, a young man, was very polite and helpful and continues to be so.
My wife and I are both in our 70's, so the carer provides reassurance for both of us.
We are very pleased with the services that SureCare provide.

The agency have been great to deal with and very accommodating. The carers are compassionate and respectful to my father. However, I do feel some individuals can be a little judgemental towards me, for things that they feel should be done differently. One issue that needs addressing is that the
carers rarely spend the time being paid for with my father. Often they will do the bare minimum and leave.

I normally have three carers a week, The carer comes in on a Sunday and the carer. Who's there for me every day of the week bar Sunday up for to the one that is there every day of the week he's a fantastic help to me. He does a fantastic job. He helps me with my breakfast and does any other jobs
that I need doing we only have half an hour in the morning and a half an hour in the evening, but I could not do without him. He knows everything I do not have to asking him to do anything. He just does it And it would be like cutting both hands off if he wasn't there for me I really appreciate what he does for me as of the other guys. They also do a great job and the guy does my shopping. He is fantastic because he knows where to get my items from and my basic needs which is a big help. The guy who does Sunday is exactly the same as the one who does every day of the week fantastic I would not do without them. I'd be lost. Thank you very much SureCare for giving me the best carers

A huge thanks to SureCare Trafford, we have had a really good experience with this company and I know my family member is in good hands with them. From daily chores and cleaning to just keeping him company, they have really helped him to feel better. I would 100% recommend SureCare to anyone else

The CFO and his team are amazing. My dad can be a difficult character and they look after him with the upmost respect, care and compassion.
They mainly help him with medications and meal prep but also keep his flat tidy and clean when required.

Dad has been using Surecare Trafford now for a few months we both can't speak of them highly enough! From initial visit through to daily care provided professionalism, empathy and genuine care shines through. The carers keep me updated as often as required and the team in the office have worked
closely with us as dad's needs have changed. I very rarely write reviews but this one is thoroughly deserved.

I had a 24 hours live in care with Sure care Trafford. I had a great experience.I found great and good carers like two in particular. They are excellent, very friendly at their job. Nothing was too much trouble. They went over and above at their duty. And I feel that I made these ladies as friends
with me as well as carers . We all work together very well and have good conversations. Overall, I found them quite respectful and caring towards me. I can recommend both. Both turned out as excellent carers.

My mum has been receiving care from this company for several months now ! Started off very rocky as the carers were different everyday so were messing her tablets up as they didn't really know what they were doing ! This caused my mum a lot of distress !
It has improved a lot , she has a regular
carer for the past month who my Mum absolutely loves They have a really good relationship , always having a giggle together and chat . My mum is a lot happier now and more relaxed .My Mum's carer now is a lovely girl who is amazing at her job , so a big thank you to her for making my Mum a very happy lady !

There was a feeling of apprehension when mum started to have carer's as she has never had this kind of assistance in her own home.But any doubts were quickly dispelled becausethe carer's she has have been very professional, thoughtful and caring with her.
Mum has grown very fond of the ladies who
come every day and has good relationshipswith them all.
When I have contacted the office the staff are very helpful and friendly .
So on the whole we are very satisfied with the service and support provided for mum.

Both my husband and I are very impressed with the care he has been receiving over the last 4 months. One particular carer who has been coming from the start, I cannot praise enough. We have been treated like family; he is so caring and courteous and treats my husband with dignity and respect. The
help to me has been immense too and has taken the weight off my shoulders. He is a credit to your company. I would 100% recommend your company to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

The carer is a very caring, compassionate, and kind individual. She enters the property with a cheerful and respectful greeting for him, immediately putting him at ease. Her visits always begin with genuine concern for his well-being and as the visit unfolds, she often leads him in engaging
chair-based dance exercises, which he welcomes with enthusiasm and joy.The connection between them is clearly mutual and uplifting-it's a real pleasure to witness such positive, respectful interaction between caregiver and client. Manveer is also consistently courteous with us, taking the initiative to stay informed about any recent changes in Raymond's condition. She demonstrates a high level of conscientiousness and respect, and I truly believe Raymond benefits immensely under her attentive care.

We have been extremely impressed with Surecare Trafford and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks. They have been providing care to my elderly mother now for 2 months. She has 4 care calls per day and double carers, so we see a lot of them. All carers are polite and respectful and
go out of their way to meet my mother's needs. Nothing is too much trouble. They care, exactly as carers should. My Mum loves so many of them. One carer in particular is exceptional. The management are also fantastic. Easy to reach out to, friendly and responsive.

As a family we can't thank SureCare Trafford enough. At a very difficult time they have been amazing. The care provided the respect and dignity they have given to my step father as he has struggled to come to terms with his own vulnerability and support to my mother has been simply outstanding. A
particular shout out to three staff members in particular for your gentle and kind manner and your discretion it's been very much appreciated by the family.

My carers are very helpful and kind and i have made new friends with them. They help me when i need and support me mentally. The service is fantastic and they lift a lot of weght of my parents shoulders.

SureCare have been amazing throughout providing care to my mother and father. The carers and the management have been nothing but amazing. They have always gone above and beyond for the needs of my loved ones. They are very highly professional and caring people and i cannot recommend them enough.
