I normally have three carers a week, The carer comes in on a Sunday and the carer. Who's there for me every day of the week bar Sunday up for to the one that is there every day of the week he's a fantastic help to me. He does a fantastic job. He helps me with my breakfast and does any other jobs that I need doing we only have half an hour in the morning and a half an hour in the evening, but I could not do without him. He knows everything I do not have to asking him to do anything. He just does it And it would be like cutting both hands off if he wasn't there for me I really appreciate what he does for me as of the other guys. They also do a great job and the guy does my shopping. He is fantastic because he knows where to get my items from and my basic needs which is a big help. The guy who does Sunday is exactly the same as the one who does every day of the week fantastic I would not do without them. I'd be lost. Thank you very much SureCare for giving me the best carers

The CFO and his team are amazing. My dad can be a difficult character and they look after him with the upmost respect, care and compassion.

We all work together very well and have good conversations. Overall, I found them quite respectful and caring towards me. I can recommend both. Both turned out as excellent carers.

It has improved a lot , she has a regular carer for the past month who my Mum absolutely loves They have a really good relationship , always having a giggle together and chat . My mum is a lot happier now and more relaxed .My Mum's carer now is a lovely girl who is amazing at her job , so a big thank you to her for making my Mum a very happy lady !

There was a feeling of apprehension when mum started to have carer's as she has never had this kind of assistance in her own home.But any doubts were quickly dispelled becausethe carer's she has have been very professional, thoughtful and caring with her. Mum has grown very fond of the ladies who come every day and has good relationshipswith them all. When I have contacted the office the staff are very helpful and friendly .
So on the whole we are very satisfied with the service and support provided for mum.

Her visits always begin with genuine concern for his well-being and as the visit unfolds, she often leads him in engaging chair-based dance exercises, which he welcomes with enthusiasm and joy.The connection between them is clearly mutual and uplifting-it's a real pleasure to witness such positive, respectful interaction between caregiver and client. Manveer is also consistently courteous with us, taking the initiative to stay informed about any recent changes in Raymond's condition. We have been extremely impressed with Surecare Trafford and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks. They have been providing care to my elderly mother now for 2 months. She has 4 care calls per day and double carers, so we see a lot of them. All carers are polite and respectful and go out of their way to meet my mother's needs. Nothing is too much trouble. They care, exactly as carers should. My Mum loves so many of them. One carer in particular is exceptional. The management are also fantastic. Easy to reach out to, friendly and responsive.

I started my career as a care assistant in 2006 and loved the difference I made in my service users’ lives. This incredible passion motivated me to pursue my career and develop further within my role. I worked my way up to Care Manager and then Registered Manager. In 2016, I bought SureCare Bolton and it was the best decision ever! More recently in May 2024, we acquired SureCare Trafford.
We have been going from strength to strength since then and I pride myself on the quality of our services.
We thrive on customer satisfaction, person-centred care and going over and beyond for our service users. My ethos is, the difference between ordinary and extraordinary, is that little extra! Over the years, we have successfully achieved awards for our growth, services and Quality, and the most recent one being rated as the Best Three Rated services in Bolton!
I am extremely proud of my office team, who have all worked their way up, starting as care assistants, to where they are today.

I hit the ground running by showing I was caring and compassionate when Surecare was chosen to be a Bridging Service for social services. Having trained in domiciliary care, mental health care and suicide prevention I worked alongside care managers and co-ordinators as the company’s Quality Lead.
