Every one of the girls who looked after my wife was very professional they had a great sense of humour very lovely girls they even helped me at times when they didn't have to I would recommend them to anyone who asked me
Thank you for your kind words. I will pass your comments on to the staff
Thank you to the management and staff of Surecare for the wonderful care and attention which they gave to me throughout the early days of my recovery from two operations. The ladies who visited me were cheerful and bright which lifted my spirits. In physical terms they helped me in lots of ways i.e. household chores, food preparation and personal hygiene.
Before Covid this company helped my Dad in his later years; they also helped me three years ago when I was also rehabbing from a major operation. It was really heartening to know that many of the staff I have met over the years are still working for this company. That is a testament in itself.
Thank you for your kind words. I will pass them on to the staff.
From the moment we met the ladies who attendef to my mum, they were friendly, compationate, considerate and went above and beyond for us. They got everything she needed and helped us through a very difficult time. Unfortunately my mother passed away but we got all the support we needed from them. I only met Claris and Emma but my mother had no complaints about anybody else who attended. Thank you so much for everything we really appreciated all you did for us xx
Thank you for your kind words. l will pass these on to the carers. It was a pleasure to care for your Mum.
I am very pleased with the day to day care provided by the numerous carers. For their understanding of my needs, for their friendliness and sympathy to my condition. I thank them that they are prepared to listen to me when I talk about my life and family that they are prepared also to talk about their families & overall for the friendliness we share on every visit. Thank you.
The care workers who visited my father in his last days were always respectful of his wishes and dignity. Some of them went above and beyond in the level of tenderness and understanding they showed. The care workers were also a great support to myself and husband through a difficult time.
Over the last year SureCare were so kind and caring to mum, who was coping with the loss of her husband and progressive dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease. We asked SureCare to begin visiting mum with a softly softly approach, as mum was adamant she didn't need any help. We were so impressed with the way they gradually gained mum's trust so that she began looking forward to the carers' visits. Little by little they were able to do more for her. An added bonus was that SureCare were also caring for mum's friend and neighbour, and were able to get the two of them together for coffee and a chat about old times. When mum developed a painful wedge fracture of the spine, SureCare phoned to alert us, called an ambulance, and stayed with mum until one of the family could get there. After a spell in hospital mum became very weak and confused. SureCare supported us in bringing mum home for a week at very short notice, prior to her being admitted to a residential nursing home.
Thank you for your kind words. I will pass this on to the staff
My sister was cared for by the SureCare Team for a couple of years until she was admitted to a care home. I could not fault the care she received and was always contacted immediately if there was a problem. Always kind and considerate, I know she was in safe hands.
I cannot thank you all enough for everything. Highly recommended.
Through a healthcare plan membership, I was able to get up to 18 hours post-surgery care following a total knee replacement. I chose SureCare and found every aspect of working with them to be completely professional. The communication with the management team was very quick and proficient and all the carers were positive, friendly, polite, totally helpful and supportive. I would recommend SureCare without hesitation. Thank you so much.
Mum has had excellent care from sure care for over 2 years and she has been provided with ongoing extending care as her needs increased. The staff have always been attentive, supportive and treat Mum with dignity and kindness.
Thank you for your very kind words. We always try our best to accommodate changing care requirements. It was a privilege to support your Mum.
SureCare provided an excellent level of care to my mother-in-law in her final year of life. They showed compassion and ensured her dignity was protected, but most of all, took the time to establish a relationship with her and treat her as a person not just as their job. They tried to send the same carers on rotation, which was really helpful due to her quite difficult physical needs. They also provided flexibility when we needed extra or less care. Communication was also very good. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a personalised care service.
Mum looks forward to her carer arriving every day. She loves the help and personal attention they give her and I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism they show to Mum. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would - I cannot fault the care they provide in any way. Thank you SureCare, you are angels in disguise.
Thank you for you kind words. I will pass your comments on to the staff.
I have carers that are trained to a high standard. They respect my personal property. They carry out my requests - anything I need doing.
Thank you for your positive review. It is great to be able to pass this on to your carers at our upcoming staff meetings.
The care and attention given to Mum were excellent, couldn't have wanted better for her. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words. I will pass these on to the staff.
When my mum needed help at home, SureCare (Charnwood & Rushcliffe) were very understanding and responsive. Care visits were both put in place and increased very quickly. Everyone from the team in the office to the carers who visited was friendly, professional and provided good/excellent standards of care and communication. Even though the care only lasted a short time because my mother had to go into hospital, she formed a bond with the carers and looked forward to their visits. I would have no hesitation in recommending SureCare (Charnwood & Rushcliffe).
Thank you for your very kind words. We always try our best to accommodate changing care requirements, as inevitably, this happens at the most challenging of times. It was a privilege to support your mother.
A huge thanks once again to everyone both at the office and those who visit Mum; I couldn't have done it without you.
Thanks again.
I deal with any changes, and everyone I have spoken to at the office has been helpful.
Having been diagnosed with two forms of cancer and having undergone spinal surgery and living alone, it was obvious that care would be necessary. Choosing SureCare was probably the best decision I have made. The team of professionals have responded to my needs with gusto; they arrive within the agreed window for morning and evening slot. The members don't just walk in; they announce it to ensure privacy. They spare time for a quick natter, and they then go about and complete the essential tasks. Time permitting, they always ask if anything else needs to be done. I feel I'm treated like a person, which brightens my mood. Well done to everyone.
Thank you for your kind words. I will pass your comments on to the team.
3-4 years ago, my mother's care provider gave one months notice. SureCare was the third or fourth agency I contacted, and the relief when I was told she would be visited that afternoon was great. Since then, the carers have given excellent care to my mother, and when I contacted the office, I knew the person I spoke to was fully aware of the situation. In the last couple of weeks of Mums life, the care given to Mum, my brother and I, was superb.
SureCare looked after my husband for eighteen months. The experience of the individual carers varied as would be expected, but every one of them treated him with gentleness, respect and good humour - they could not have tried harder to make his final months as comfortable as possible.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. Your kind words are really appreciated.
