I was apprehensive when first needing care, but all the staff and carers have been thoughtful, respectful, efficient and always cheerful!
The care provided is very good. The girls are polite, friendly, helpful and consider all aspects of care.

The SureCare carers do not receive enough recognition that they so deserve because they do not do the on for monetary gain, but because they have genuine compassion for the care of vulnerable people. Every one of the carers tries to achieve their objective while visiting my mum, but it is not always possible within the constraints that they have to work to. I have found them all very courteous and professional in their approach, and the little extra they do doesn't go noticed. They are all very reliable, so that gives me peace of mind, so I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you all at SureCare for looking after my mum.

Carers are competent at a variety of household tasks. There are mostly carried out well and promptly. I would prefer to have the same carer each time, but understand it is not always possible. Carers are friendly and polite, always helpful.

On behalf of my family, many, many thanks for the years you have looked after our brother. Your great teamwork and reliability meant that he could live his last decade with dignity, safety and the confidence that his needs would always be met.
He had a big care package, which included a morning call to get him ready for the day, a lunch call, a teatime call and an overnight carer as well. Being 98% paralysed, my brother had complex needs. He was always very clear about what he needed and wanted, and his carers always rose to meet the challenge with good grace and thoroughness.
More than this, the great care, genuine care, kindness and friendship from his carers, enriched his life beyond measure. My family and I know that he would not have lived as well and as long without the dedication shown by his carers and all the SureCare team.

My family reviewed a number of agencies and found that SureCare (Charnwood & Rushcliffe) to be well recommended and arranged assistance from 1st October 2019. Staff and management are very good.

Having said that, SureCare are the best company I have ever had, being severely disabled they can assist with my needs and care.

My sister has had a number of new carers recently but they have continued to be very sympathetic and caring. They are also very co-operative and willing to respond to requests from me and inform me immediately of any difficulties or problems related to my sister and her needs. There have been minor issues re cleaning but when I have complained they have been resolved. On occasions, they have been quick to inform me if they felt a doctor's visit was necessary. There has never been an occasion when a visit has been missed and timing is usually adhered to - in this work the carers cannot be expected to work to rigid timekeeping. The increase in cost when the business was taken over, in February I think, was a shock and I shall need to watch my sister's finances closely for the next few months. When she is reassessed by the council it may be that her contribution will be amended.
My sister (98) was receiving care from SureCare twice a day together with care from her son (77), my nephew, when he had a severe stroke in April and was rushed to hospital where he remained for 3 weeks. I live 90 miles away and due to Covid-19 and my age was unable to go to my sister. However, I arranged with SureCare for a carer to go 4 times a day and also stay overnight for the first 2 nights. This was all done with great speed and efficiency. SureCare have kept me up to date with the situation, and on my nephew's return home have arranged care for him also. Carers have been very good and I can't thank you enough for making a serious situation better.

From the start, in December 2019, the care offered by your carers was great. We were given the same carer more often than not, which was important as it gave stability for my father. It was nice to listen to the chat between the carer and my father. It was good-humoured with a little cheek given by my father and laughter, which helped all of us in a difficult and ultimately a very sad time.

Surecare looked after my grandparents for approximately four and a half years. On many occasions, they went above and beyond their services contract hours, showing immense care, love and support for my grandparents and our family. Two staff members, in particular, are amazing, they are true stars at Surecare. Thank you Surecare for all your help, love and support over the years.

The staff, service and price far exceeded our expectations. All of the staff without exception were kind, caring, respectful and gentle. It wasn't only their job it was their vocation. The service was professional and punctual. There were only 2 occasions when the carer was late one was the flood and another was an emergency. I was informed both times and they were most apologetic. Value for money was superb. My heartfelt thanks to each one of you.
