SureCare Charnwood & Rushcliffe provides high quality care services for people in their own homes. Offering a range of services such as full-time live-in care, dementia care and palliative care, all services are designed to promote choice, independence and self respect.

The SureCare Charnwood & Rushcliffe team works with clients and their families to establish the best care plans for each individual, based not only around their needs but also their interests, existing routines and preferred lifestyle.

The person-centred care provided includes services such as assistance with getting in and out of bed, washing and bathing, support with medication, and skin and hair care. SureCare also offers support with daily life activities. This may include accompanying clients on trips out, support with shopping, assistance with attending social activities, as well as holiday and respite care.

This company do one thing very well and that is lying to you. When they took me on, I was able to sometimes walk with a walker but now due to the distress caused to me and the messing around, I am back in a wheelchair. The staff also have zero training in how to deal with someone in a wheelchair.

My husband has vascular dementia and can be very difficult but the care assistants have been excellent with him treating him with respect and care when doing the personal care.

The carers carry out instructions usually very well, although this can vary according to which carer comes.

I would just like to say a 'Big Thank You' to all my carers. Having had 4 carers a day helping me through the aftermath of an operation on my back, I am now down to 1 a day.
It is lovely to see a smiling face in the morning with my breakfast, porridge and prunes and a cup of tea. May it continue.

The company responded very quickly with an emergency situation when my father broke his elbow. He lives alone and both my brother and I are three hours away. SureCare quickly reviewed the situation and advised the best course of action having put in place a carer whilst he was disabled we have now gone
back to the company for more help. We are very pleased with their service.

My mother has been a service user of Surecare for nearly five and a half years.
We have always found the company acts in a professional manner.
All queries/concerns are acted upon as soon as possible.
It is easy to contact the manager and senior staff.
Care staff are monitored/assessed on a regular
basis.
