SureCare (Charnwood & Rushcliffe)

I appreciate knowing in advance when my husband's Carers are due to arrive and mostly they are on time and very efficient at coping with him, especially as he is reluctant to get out of bed! He enjoys talking to other people, including going to dementia groups, daycare and Singing for the Brain.

Carers very helpful and caring. We are very pleased with all the help given over last few months.

This company do one thing very well and that is lying to you. When they took me on, I was able to sometimes walk with a walker but now due to the distress caused to me and the messing around, I am back in a wheelchair. The staff also have zero training in how to deal with someone in a wheelchair.

My husband has vascular dementia and can be very difficult but the care assistants have been excellent with him treating him with respect and care when doing the personal care.

Mother is cared for very well, always treated with dignity and respect.

The carers carry out instructions usually very well, although this can vary according to which carer comes.

It is lovely to see a smiling face in the morning with my breakfast, porridge and prunes and a cup of tea. May it continue.

The company responded very quickly with an emergency situation when my father broke his elbow. He lives alone and both my brother and I are three hours away. SureCare quickly reviewed the situation and advised the best course of action having put in place a carer whilst he was disabled we have now gone back to the company for more help. We are very pleased with their service.

Some are excellent, where some would rate much less.

Care staff are well-trained and professional in their approach.
