From our first meeting to discuss my sisters care needs the Deputy Manager was knowledgeable and compassionate. My sister has now been looked after by Surecare for around three months and receives excellent and reliable care, she is treated with dignity and respect and the ladies are all very kind to her. The office team are always at the end of the phone and are reactive and prompt in addressing any inquiries and needs. SureCare cared for our late mother until her passing; I am based in France so most of the care was organised remotely. The carers and management team went above and beyond to look after our mother, and we knew she was in very safe hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always at the end of the phone for queries, questions etc. I would highly recommend them, and if ever I'm in a position to require care for a family member, then they are the only people I will call. Huge thanks to the whole team for your dedication and commitment. You are all superstars!

SureCare provided us with excellent support during this time, the wonderful staff gave us great comfort and reassurance, knowing she was in safe, compassionate hands. I personally will never forget the kindness of the two ladies who helped us on Good Friday morning when Mum became very unwell. Their professionalism and warmth shone through, and it meant so much in such a difficult moment.
When the time came for a live-in carer, we were so delight when one of the carers we knew well agreed to live with Mum. Several of the medical professional commented how fortunate we were to find someone who genuinely cared for her.
Without their professionalism, kindness, and dedication, Mum would not have been able to remain at home in her final days-something that was always her wish.

Surecare has provided excellent care for my mother for the past three years. During that time some of the carers have become so friendly to her that she really looked forward to seeing them. The carers were there four times a day and always made sure she was comfortable and didn't need any other help before they left. They would always contact me by phone if they had any concerns. It's meant she doesn't need to go into a home. The office staff are always helpful. I know it's a hard job but my friend has no problems and sings very highly of the people who look after her.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people. Even if you just need help once a week, or twice a day, I know they would be able to sort you out and often the same week as well!

Before we used SureCare, we were let down so many times by a new provider. You get what you pay for! If you need a reliable, kind and caring team give SureCare a call. Their staff are all fully trained and do regular update training and they are able to adapt quickly when our needs changed. Safe, effective care, that's what I get and that's what I need. Thank you to all the lovely care staff, you do a great job. I really recommend them, as they are experienced and their business has been going for ages, so you know they are reliable and look after everyone so well. My aunty really looks forward to her carer coming in and feels so much better after they have been. It's the highlight of her day and they will do everything they can to make her comfortable and happy before they leave. We get everything we need from them. If we didn't use them I would be so worried about her, as we didn't have a great experience with other care companies locally.

In a word, SureCare are exceptional. They cared for my wife during her final year, right up until the day she passed. The carers she loved were with her during her final minutes. Honestly, I cannot begin to explain how amazing they have all been, the management are responsive and flexible and the carers professional and caring! SureCare Oxfordshire provided some of the care for my sister in the last six months of her life, contributing to her being able to live with comfort and a degree of happiness. I found the senior managers very responsive to feedback and requests; their flexibility and ongoing attention to any training needs meant a lot. They were also able to arrange the rota so that my sister's favourite carers were with her as often as possible, this made such a difference to her and to her family.

The carers show a huge amount of dignity and respect whilst having fun and laughter with him. He enjoys the carers visiting, and if I have any concerns or need to ask for changes to be made, the office staff are very helpful and always action requests promptly.

Meet the Team (6)
Kim was recruited to transform our business. Kim is an experienced care manager and has worked across the country managing multiple sites. She joined SureCare to stay closer to home and was keen to get stuck into driving an agency that puts the client first. Kim was charged with ensuring compliance was excellent and her diligence and attention to detail were rewarded within her first 6 months in charge with a great CQC inspection report.
Kim's working hard to ensure all of our team makes a real difference in people's lives. One example is when she found that a family needed some additional support. Kim met with the family and spent many hours with Social Workers to release extra funding to enable vital work to be spent on their home to make it a safe place to live. Later, she gave the family the confidence to go on a day trip to the seaside by hiring a minibus and care workers and taking them on her weekend off. The children and Mother had not been out of the house together for many years. It was a memorable experience for them all.
A great example of going the extra mile and leading by example. Kim's kept our Service Users and team safe and well during the pandemic and we are really lucky to have an expert in care leading our team.
I first joined the health and social care industry in 2018, and I worked as a support worker, supporting adults of all ages with dementia and complex health needs. After gaining experience in that role, I then became a Care manager, my job role entailed carrying out client reviews, staff supervisions and much more.
I have a passion for helping people, particularly the most vulnerable in our society. Working at SureCare Oxfordshire has allowed me to transform my compassion for caring into my daily job.

Uzie joined SureCare in 2023 and has recently been promoted to be our Compliance Officer. She is of West African descent and has a background in HR and education, she is proud to bring that same compassion and dedication to her role in our team.
Joining the team as a carer, supporting clients one-on-one and gaining firsthand experience in their joys and challenges while providing person-centered care, all taught me the importance of trust, empathy, consistency and commitment of going over and beyond. I know that every small gesture—be it a comforting smile or a reassuring word/touch—contributes to a person’s sense of dignity and well-being.
Now, I draw on those experiences every day to ensure that our team upholds the highest standards of safety, respect, and quality in every aspect of our service.

Karen's in charge of recruitment and she's responsible for the administration around a person joining our team from that initial chat around a role through to ensuring their training is scheduled. Karen has a vital role in ensuring we are all well looked after and have everything we need in the office
Karen looks after all our PPE and makes sure we are well stocked with a variety of infection control measures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. It's also Karen's responsibility to work closely with all of our managers and coordinators to help them with any administration they need help with. We love having Karen in the office as she welcomes all visitors and manages our entire office administration process as well as monitoring care worker compliance.
Lasma joined us in Spring 2019 having never worked in care before. She now works for us doing an evening round as well as picking up some calls when her children are at school. Lasma's completed her Care Certificate with us and is now an experienced member of the team.
Working in care has given Lasma a real confidence boost and she loves meeting new people. Lasma is proof that you don't need any experience to be a good Carer. You just need to be kind, reliable and caring. Lasma's come a long way in her year with us and we are excited for her future in social care.
