From the very first call with SureCare, I was put at ease. Based outside of the UK, it has made it really difficult to set up care for my parents. All of their needs were met, and nothing was too much trouble. From management to carers, if I needed help or extra visits, they dropped everything and supported us. Having old parents, I did worry about them accepting assistance at home, but the staff who were sent to them put them at ease and was very respectful of their age and needs. It was the hardest phone call I made, asking for help, but the best thing I have done. Thank you, SureCare; you are all amazing!

They ensure the chores are done, they ensure the routines are organised, and they ensure there is happiness in all of this. Thank you, team SureCare; I cannot recommend you highly enough!

Help with shopping, cleaning, sorting washing, ironing and making beds have been invaluable, and it has always been provided in a friendly manner.
