Mum absolutely loved her carers and their approach to helping her, not something she declared about all carers! Watching them with her it was clear they had sussed exactly how to keep her happy and used it to full effect. The management team too were great at listening to our requests and doing their best to help. Overall they were a company willing to go the extra mile to help keep Mum safe and happy for as long as we could. Thank you!
Thanks for your positive feedback, we have passed this onto the team. Best wishes.
Our mum has Dementia/Alzheimer’s and for the few years has had a full-time live-in carer who has become part of our family. In December, Mum lost most of the use of her legs. Wishing to keep Mum in her home with her carer whom she (and we) know and trust, we were met with a huge dilemma as to how to deal with things such as a hoist and 'additional hands' were needed.
We struck gold when SureCare came into our lives, and they have worked with us and our carer to achieve all that we need now and ongoing to keep Mum in her own home. The manager has been working with us now for several months, and I have held back writing this review as I wished to be sure of my feedback. I would recommend SureCare in an instant and would urge anyone looking for 'additional support'!
Thanks for your kind words, really pleased we are making a difference for you and your family!
In late 2018 SureCare replaced a freelance visitor for my ageing mother, and a variety of hourly carers helped her with shopping, mobility, and companionship. My mum formed strong relationships with a good number of her visitors. In early 2020, as she succumbed to dementia and weakened, we switched to the live-in care team. The three carers who took turns with her were very different personalities but were all admirable in their care and professionalism. The office team was really supportive and responsive and more than once found a solution to a potential crisis. As a result, my mother was able to stay at home right to the end.
Thank you, we were very proud to be a part of your mother's life and so glad we enabled her wish to remain at home until the end. Best wishes, and thank you for your kind words - I will ensure the team of carers who were close to your mother are informed.
Excellent service we were advised to try SureCare by a social worker and we are happy with our choice. we had lots of options and gave us advice and time to decide. They are a happy, helpful team with experienced and reliable carers. We love talking to them and always feel safe with them all. We are immensely grateful for them.
Thanks for your comments, our team love caring for you and we're so happy we make a difference. Thank you.
Very satisfied with all of the carers, I have no complaints what so ever, especially how the carers are handling the Covid-19 virus.
Thanks, SureCare is most grateful. We are very proud to be supporting your wife and will pass on your positive feedback to our team. Thank you.
My family and I would like to thank you very much indeed for the care and kindness given to my late father. I know he was always happy to receive his carers, and we are all extremely grateful for their attention. Everyone was wonderful, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend SureCare Oxfordshire.
Thank you for your lovely comments, our care workers all loved seeing and caring for your father. Best wishes to you and your family.
They are so supportive and attentive, but also fun, jolly and empathetic.
I cannot recommend SureCare highly enough, especially during these tricky times. The carers are aware of the government guidance and all have the correct equipment.
Thank you!
Thank you for your feedback, especially during this very difficult time for the care sector. We are so pleased to be helping you and your family out safely and effectively.
We have just moved across to this agency and its loads better than the old carers we had. The office staff really get what we need and I feel that my dad's care is a lot better. We had a thorough assessment and a lovely chat over the phone. They responded really quickly to our needs. The carer has told us she’s really happy there too. It’s all working out really well. Thank you SureCare Oxfordshire for giving us confidence back in the system.
Thanks for your lovely feedback, we're so glad our care is as good as we promised.
What a lovely team. Understanding, friendly and responsive. All staff are caring, efficient and know what they are doing. You call up and they already know it’s you. The carer told me they really invest in their staff and you can tell they know what they are doing. They even have a nurse in to do training as well as someone in the office in charge of training. Good old fashioned values, we really like them. They flexed our package when necessary and we feel really happy with them. Worth every penny to have people you can rely on.
Thanks for your excellent feedback, we'll ensure this is passed to the team.
My father-in-law became very weak at the beginning of January and needed care on a daily basis. After one quick email over a weekend, SureCare were on site the following day to carry out an assessment and daily visits started a day or so later. This prompt and excellent service was much appreciated both by my father-in-law and the family. SureCare published a daily rota of helpers a week in advance so that we knew who was coming and when, and all turned up on time, except for one instance when we were informed by telephone that she would be late. All the carers were friendly, professional and competent. We could not have asked for more. Excellent and well recommended.
Thank you for the positive feedback, we are so glad you appreciated the effort from the team.
SureCare Oxfordshire was recommended to us by a nurse and we also know someone else who has used them for longer sits. Our carer genuinely cares for my papa and makes sure he's happy for the day. We rely on this service as we live so far away. The office team has worked hard for us and we have been really pleased with the service. You can see it is a good team running SureCare and we are so happy to have them help him. Thank you.
Thank you for your feedback, we're so pleased we make a difference to your family.
Exceptional standard of care provided, which was both professional yet friendly and considerate. Staff seemed to enjoy their roles and be well supported. Highly recommended.
Thank you for your positive and valued feedback, we will ensure we pass this onto the team.
SureCare have provided a sterling service to my uncle. He is housebound and the support given improves his quality of life immeasurably.
Thank you for your excellent feedback, we will ensure this is passed onto the team.
We have been incredibly impressed with the care and consideration shown by every contact we have had with SureCare. The directors, managers and office team have all kept us in regular contact with frequent updates about any concerns with my mother's situation (I do not live locally). All have been very caring and also well-liked by my Mum. They have chatted, taken her out for lunch and coffee, helped telephone her shopping orders, and many small helpful tasks. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.
Thank you for the honest feedback, we'll ensure this is passed on to the team.

Their manager and office team are superb, always happy to help and ultimately ensure our family are looked after.
Thank you for your positive words, we're thrilled to hear such positive feedback.
SureCare are absolutely superb. My needs have changed a lot over the years and each time I've needed my care amending they have delivered faultlessly.
Their office team are always on hand to listen and work with me to ensure I am well looked after. Their carers are brilliant too - especially one in particular! What a star.
Thank you all, you are life-changing.
Most grateful for your feedback, thank you!
SureCare has provided care for our mother for a while now and are superb. We are not local and rely on the regard of communication through their office team to keep us informed of mum's progress.
All in all, they are fabulous and we sleep well at night knowing mum is in great caring hands!
Thank you for your kind words, we will ensure this is passed onto the team.
Finding someone to look after our loved one has been quite hard as we didn't know what the process should be. We heard about them from a social worker. They were really nice when they came round and just gave us information and let us decide what to do. The best thing is they could start really soon and that took a huge pressure off us all. So far they have been really good. We know that traffic around here is bad so if they are a bit late it's ok and they have called to let us know. We see a few different people and they are all lovely. They are definitely a good agency.
Thank you for the excellent feedback, it has been passed onto the team.
Care provided by SureCare is such a welcome relief after two years nightmarish experience of care for mother (who has an age-related dementia) with another care agency. On the initial visit, the Director noted in detail the needs of my mother. The next day the team leader introduced herself and one of the carers who will work with mother. The main carer is brilliant. She is very professional, softly spoken and punctual. She has been dealing with mother compassionately and with lots of patience. I have nothing but praise for the company and their carers. They have relieved me of great stress and anxiety of not knowing who was coming and at what time.
Thank you so much for your kind words, it's so rewarding to hear such positive feedback. We'll ensure this is passed onto the team.

Meet the Team (6)
Kim was recruited to transform our business. Kim is an experienced care manager and has worked across the country managing multiple sites. She joined SureCare to stay closer to home and was keen to get stuck into driving an agency that puts the client first. Kim was charged with ensuring compliance was excellent and her diligence and attention to detail were rewarded within her first 6 months in charge with a great CQC inspection report.
Kim's working hard to ensure all of our team makes a real difference in people's lives. One example is when she found that a family needed some additional support. Kim met with the family and spent many hours with Social Workers to release extra funding to enable vital work to be spent on their home to make it a safe place to live. Later, she gave the family the confidence to go on a day trip to the seaside by hiring a minibus and care workers and taking them on her weekend off. The children and Mother had not been out of the house together for many years. It was a memorable experience for them all.
A great example of going the extra mile and leading by example. Kim's kept our Service Users and team safe and well during the pandemic and we are really lucky to have an expert in care leading our team.
I first joined the health and social care industry in 2018, and I worked as a support worker, supporting adults of all ages with dementia and complex health needs. After gaining experience in that role, I then became a Care manager, my job role entailed carrying out client reviews, staff supervisions and much more.
I have a passion for helping people, particularly the most vulnerable in our society. Working at SureCare Oxfordshire has allowed me to transform my compassion for caring into my daily job.
Come back for updates!
Uzie joined SureCare in 2023 and has recently been promoted to be our Compliance Officer. She is of West African descent and has a background in HR and education, she is proud to bring that same compassion and dedication to her role in our team.
Joining the team as a carer, supporting clients one-on-one and gaining firsthand experience in their joys and challenges while providing person-centered care, all taught me the importance of trust, empathy, consistency and commitment of going over and beyond. I know that every small gesture—be it a comforting smile or a reassuring word/touch—contributes to a person’s sense of dignity and well-being.
Now, I draw on those experiences every day to ensure that our team upholds the highest standards of safety, respect, and quality in every aspect of our service.
I work closely with our team to monitor and refine our practices, making sure we are always meeting or exceeding regulatory standards while preserving our values - the commitment to supporting people through all stages of life's journey.
“At Surecare, compliance isn’t just about rules—it’s about trust.”
I believe that true compliance builds confidence, allowing families to know their loved ones are in safe, capable hands.
I consider it a huge privilege to support our clients and carers through both a heart for care and a passion for quality, which helps us deliver the safe and compassionate services our clients deserve.
Karen's in charge of recruitment and she's responsible for the administration around a person joining our team from that initial chat around a role through to ensuring their training is scheduled. Karen has a vital role in ensuring we are all well looked after and have everything we need in the office
Karen looks after all our PPE and makes sure we are well stocked with a variety of infection control measures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. It's also Karen's responsibility to work closely with all of our managers and coordinators to help them with any administration they need help with. We love having Karen in the office as she welcomes all visitors and manages our entire office administration process as well as monitoring care worker compliance.
Lasma joined us in Spring 2019 having never worked in care before. She now works for us doing an evening round as well as picking up some calls when her children are at school. Lasma's completed her Care Certificate with us and is now an experienced member of the team.
Working in care has given Lasma a real confidence boost and she loves meeting new people. Lasma is proof that you don't need any experience to be a good Carer. You just need to be kind, reliable and caring. Lasma's come a long way in her year with us and we are excited for her future in social care.
Lasma comments 'Thank you for the opportunity to give me an amazing job and to be part of the team. I love doing something different every day.'
