All of our carers are fully trained, DBS checked, referenced and carefully selected to ensure the highest standards of care and professionalism.
We offer flexible support ranging from companionship and household assistance through to specialist dementia support, personal care, live-in care and hospital discharge support.
We are happy to provide a free, no-obligation assessment to discuss your needs and create a personalised care plan tailored specifically to you or your loved one.

Dad has now been a client of SureCare for the last 6 months. It has been such a relief to know that he is genuinely cared for. The management team are proactive and communication is very good. They have been flexible with the number of visits required. They will increase the visits if there have been any concerns and when my sister is staying they are happy for us to reduce the visits. The carers I have met have all had Dad's interests at the heart of their care. He talks to me about the carers positively and has obviously got to know some of them really well. The other evening he told me how nice it is he knows he is going to see people every day he can have a chat with. Initially he needed a lot of persuasion that he needed care but he has got to the point where he welcomes it and is increasingly accepting the help offered.

We believe quality care is built on kindness, dignity, trust and consistency, and know how important familiar faces and dependable support can be. It has also been wonderful to see Mum's progress. While support began as a larger package, it was incredibly rewarding to see her independence improve, allowing care needs to reduce safely whilst ensuring she remained supported. Encouraging independence wherever possible is at the heart of what we strive to achieve.

I contacted SureCare Sevenoaks when I needed additional support for my elderly mother, who has full time care in her own home. The company were efficient and extremely helpful and quickly set up a support system for morning personal care. The carers who visited were friendly and kind and my mother got on very well with them and enjoyed their company. We have paused the additional care for the time being but I will not hesitate to use SureCare again should the situation change.

SureCare have tailored their support to cater for my Godfathers specific needs since December 2025 and the care package has developed as those needs have changed. SureCare have completely transformed my Godfather's quality of life for the better and ensure that the symptoms of his dementia are supported in a practical, safe and friendly way. The care package has been sympathetic to the support given freely by neighbours that forms a wider team. Communication with SureCare is regular, friendly and targeted to ensure that the Care they provide is effective and and value for money. They have been the answer to our care needs.

SureCare Sevenoaks have been superb in looking after my Father twice a day for the last 3 months. Everyone has been kind and caring and taken the time to get to know Dad and work with him in meeting his needs. The whole team at Surecare have been so kind, helpful, flexible, caring. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. The manager has gone out of her way many times to get the best help for my mum in a rapidly changing situation. If it wasn't for her and the rest of the team I don't know what I would have done.
The whole team have communicated very well with me, responding very quickly and helpfully. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing care for themselves or a family member. You'll be in excellent hands.

After 3 months in hospital, my mum required homecare after she was discharged. I wanted to do my homework on the company that would be caring for mum.
From the initial conversation with one of the members of staff, to the home visit by the manager and morning visits by the carers over the last couple of months, SureCare provides absolutely everything they promise. The level of care mum receives is exemplary. The carers are never in a rush and always make time for a chat. They always arrive at the same time every morning.

Arranging care for your parents is a big decision to get right. SureCare takes care of mum as well as I would.

Earlier this year my beloved Mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer, after a couple of stays in hospital, Mum's wishes were to pass away at home. Mum was discharged early April and we were provided with SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks to visit twice a day and help us care for her. We as a family could not have wished for kinder, caring people to look after our lovely Mum. They were respectful, looked after my Mum's dignity throughout, nothing was too much trouble.
This has been such a heartbreaking time not only for my Mum but also her family.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager and their amazing team at SureCare. Without them we would not have coped as well, thanks to them they helped make my Mum's last few days the best it could have been. I know you all only came into our lives for a very short time (6 days), but you made a big difference for my Mum and our family, for that I will be eternally grateful. I cannot recommend you highly enough. Thank you.
