The care my mum received and has been receiving from shore care has been great. Excellent service. Carers are great. They pay great attention to my mum. My mum only say good things about them. They do arrive late sometimes. However, this is not unusual as London transport can be unreliable sometimes.
Communication has been excellent throughout, and it's reassuring to know that any concerns are taken seriously and acted upon promptly. The carers are professional, friendly, and clearly committed to what they do, which makes a real difference day to day.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care provider to anyone looking for compassionate, dependable, and high-quality care.
The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. not just to my mum's needs, but to their dignity and comfort as well. It's clear they treat residents with real compassion, not just as part of a job.
They looked after my father very well and it was a very good experience using them. I will definitely recommend them to many people around me. I found them very genuine and I am happy about me using their services.

I've been a service user of SureCare Dartford for a few months now. They are very good with personal care as well as helping around the house if there is something that you cannot do. They always try to provide a service that pleases the user to make sure that they are comfortable. The staff are friendly and committed to their jobs
Mum is very happy with the level of service provided under the care agreement and enjoys a good relationship with the carers who support her.
My personal experience is that the team very quickly settled in to supporting mum. When they arrive, they get on with the things mum needs them to do and any other small tasks which she needs help with.

The manager came out and did a detaled meet and greet and wrote a personal care plan for my husband taking every into consideration. The carers are all so caring and love having a sing song with my husband and he has even been teaching them some welsh.
