Courtenay Redpath has been the Registered Manager at SureCare Dartford & Gravesend for the past year, leading the service with dedication, compassion and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional person-centred care.
Having started her career as a domiciliary care worker, Courtenay has progressed through roles including Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator and Registered Manager. This hands-on experience has given her an in-depth understanding of every aspect of home care, enabling her to provide outstanding leadership while never losing sight of what matters most – delivering high-quality care that helps people remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.
Courtenay holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and is continuing her professional development by working towards her Level 5 qualification. Throughout her career, she has built extensive expertise in CQC compliance, safeguarding, care planning, staff development, recruitment and quality assurance. She has successfully managed large care services, worked closely with local authorities and healthcare professionals, and consistently promoted best practice in person-centred care.
Since joining SureCare Dartford & Gravesend, Courtenay has played a key role in strengthening the service, developing a compassionate and skilled care team, maintaining high standards of compliance, and ensuring every client receives personalised care tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
