When my mother entered palliative care in early 2025, SureCare Dartford and Gravesend helped us keep her at home during her last weeks. Their care was excellent, caring, and attentive.

When my mother entered palliative care in early 2025, SureCare Dartford and Gravesend helped us keep her at home during her last weeks. Their care was excellent, caring, and attentive. After mother died, we continued to use SureCare to look after my father who was in the latter stages of dementia. They allowed us to keep dad at home, and formed good relationships with my father, myself, and my family. We had designated carers, ensuring continuity for my father. There was good communication from management and each visit was recorded and shared with us via their app. We were always reassured that Courtenay would contact us is there was any concern. Indeed, we were please that senior staff also provide care and knew my father's needs firsthand. The carers would always spend their allotted time with my father, and carry out other tasks rather than leave early.
I wholeheartedly recommend SureCare D'ford and Gravesend who have surpassed my previous experiences with other care providers.

SureCare were marvellous and showed genuine care for my Dad, often going above and beyond to ensure his safety and that he was well looked after. They cared for my Mum over a short period prior to her death but continued care of my Dad for 12 months. During that time, they did their very best to ensure continuity with the same carer, which comforted my Dad enormously. He was initially resistant to having carers, (as a lot of elderly do) but soon enjoyed their company and welcomed their visits. My Dad sadly died in April but they visited him in hospital and also checked in on us, which was very much appreciated. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

This review spans the period since Mum started to receive daily care from SureCare in late March 2025, to date (June 2025). Mum is very happy with the level of service provided under the care agreement and enjoys a good relationship with the carers who support her. My personal experience is that the team very quickly settled in to supporting mum. When they arrive, they get on with the things mum needs them to do and any other small tasks which she needs help with.
I have found the invoicing process to be efficient and accurate.
