I would just like to say that when my Father's condition deteriorated quickly and he had to be admitted to hospital, the Office Team and carers were amazing.
They put in extra help for my Mum, who needed a live-in carer and sorted out the rota accordingly.
My sister-in-law and I were given peace of mind, treated caringly and we are so grateful to them.
SureCare Wycombe team supported my 94-year-old frail but demanding Aunt with 4-visits a day. They gave her a knowledgeable and caring service from the initial assessment, recommendations to daily visits. Their carers are well trained, thoughtful and reliable. My aunt enjoyed their company and care. I highly recommend them.
Our experience of the care given has been first class. The carers are all very professional, gentle and kind. They are, without exception, very friendly and willing to join in conversation with us. We are never made to feel that we are taking up too much of their time.
Great, friendly and competent staff. Management always at the end of the phone if and when needed. The staff are all excellent, can never do enough to please my nan! 100%.
Excellent care provider who actually do care. Having recently changed care provider, SureCare have made such a difference in ensuring our relation is well cared for enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own home.
My Aunt said the staff are very friendly, very patient, caring and provide consistent care. Generally, most of the carers turn up on scheduled time very cheerfully and willing to do what you ask to be done. Would recommend this care provider to anyone.
Outstanding service, really knowledgeable, all the carers are so nice and they have made a massive difference to my father's life for the better and no job is too big or small for the company and everyone seems to be really happy to support and help the family.
SureCare were already looking after my husband when we reached the stage where my mother also needed a bit of support so I had no hesitation in asking SureCare to step in for Mum as well. They have provided the same high standard of care which has remained constant through the recent difficult times and I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone needing support with family members.
Very satisfied with the care and attention for my sister. Staff are patient when my sister is sometimes under the weather.
Since SureCare has provided care for my Aunt I have seen a big improvement in her mental state. She has now a great routine to her life and can live well in her own home. Thank you to all the team.
Carers are very professional, friendly and clean. The volunteer to give extra help. They keep regular time and take an interest in me.
This company has been providing care for my dad for some time, care workers are well trained, polite and prompt. The management is also very good, always willing to help. Thank you to their care staff and management.
Thank you for your kind review. It has been a pleasure caring for your Father and we look forward to supporting his care needs into the future.
All very caring, using common sense and go that extra mile if necessary.
I couldn't praise them enough.
Good communication from the management team ensures the care runs smoothly.
We find the care is excellent and the carers are very friendly and kind.
They will accommodate how and when you need their services.
I found SureCare on this site and contacted them to discuss our care needs after parting from a very poor care company. I was very impressed from my first conversation with SureCare and have been impressed ever since. I didn't have to ask many questions as I was told all about their organisation, how they liked to work, what they could offer and most importantly, that they only employ carers who do the job because they love the work. This has turned out to be true and everyone who has visited my mother-in-law over the last months has been cheerful, friendly, efficient, respectful and caring. My mother-in-law has many medical problems and SureCare have coped with all of them, taking a huge burden off my shoulders. I know she is in safe hands and any concerns are reported to us quickly. Their time-keeping is excellent and they have never let us down. Most importantly, my mother-in-law trusts them totally and looks forward to their visits.
Personnel are very attentive to detail and treat me with kindness and dignity.
After all, I am 86!
I would highly recommend.
Timekeeping very good compared to other providers very professional.
There was a day when the carer couldn't get a reply at the door. I was then alerted and between us, we were able to sort the situation as Dad was in the back garden!
Not living locally, it is very reassuring for me.
Highly recommended.
