My sister-in-law and I were given peace of mind, treated caringly and we are so grateful to them.

SureCare Wycombe team supported my 94-year-old frail but demanding Aunt with 4-visits a day. They gave her a knowledgeable and caring service from the initial assessment, recommendations to daily visits. Their carers are well trained, thoughtful and reliable. My aunt enjoyed their company and care. I highly recommend them.

Our experience of the care given has been first class. The carers are all very professional, gentle and kind. They are, without exception, very friendly and willing to join in conversation with us. We are never made to feel that we are taking up too much of their time.

I found SureCare on this site and contacted them to discuss our care needs after parting from a very poor care company. I was very impressed from my first conversation with SureCare and have been impressed ever since. I didn't have to ask many questions as I was told all about their organisation, how they liked to work, what they could offer and most importantly, that they only employ carers who do the job because they love the work. This has turned out to be true and everyone who has visited my mother-in-law over the last months has been cheerful, friendly, efficient, respectful and caring. My mother-in-law has many medical problems and SureCare have coped with all of them, taking a huge burden off my shoulders. I know she is in safe hands and any concerns are reported to us quickly. Their time-keeping is excellent and they have never let us down. Most importantly, my mother-in-law trusts them totally and looks forward to their visits.
